Beware and alert of Brackenbury Clinic consultation and treatments…read more I was misguided and suffered financially + mentally for months now as I was told that I have Gluten and Diary intolerance by Imogen Spencer at Brackenbury Clinic. I believed her and changed my ways of life, stopped eating gluten food and diary. Got costly alternatives and had food in restaurant which only served gluten free. But it didn't help and I again got rashes all over my body . I called her and she said I must have eaten gluten or diary. I started doubting her assessment and went back to GP, he got me dermatology appointment at Chelsea hospital. I met the dermatologist and she said let's do emergency patch test as it was severe and she was confident that this has nothing to do with food or drink. After patch test it was discovered that I had this allergy due to PPD in hair dye which keeps triggering skin issues. She gave me required creams and medication which cured me completely. I now use chemical free henna and shower gels. I then called Imogen telling her how wrong she was and she had an attitude suggesting that it was Gluten and Diary which got cured due to homeopathy tablets she gave for few days. She didn't accept the fact I never had any intolerance. Post my patch test I started eating everything and I don't have any issues at all by Gods grace. Her wrong analysis and advice has stressed and almost depressed me. I want to warn you all that this treatment and machine she used is not reliable at all. I am not sure how many people have or are going through this lie living difficult life. Please go to GP and get yourself checked again as you may not have any intolerance at all. As a backup I also did blood test for intolerance from Supply Life and I have no intolerance at all. Imogen you owe me all money I spent in these tests, Gluten free food, diary substitutes along with my peace of mind and sleepless nights. Wish I wouldn't have consulted you..
