Matt's All Haul was hired to remove trash left behind by previous tenants. Not only was the job never completed, but a large amount of my parents' personal property was taken--items that were stored in clean, labeled totes inside the garage, which they had no reason to enter. The items taken were not trash--they included sentimental and valuable belongings like bamboo wind chimes from my parents' anniversary trip to Hawaii, beautiful garden ornaments collected over many years, unique Volkswagen collectibles, and so much more. These were not only valuable but irreplaceable. I called Matt in good faith to ask for the items back, and he claimed he would look into it. After that, he completely ghosted us. This experience was heartbreaking for our family and incredibly disappointing. I would not recommend this business to anyone, especially if you're trusting them around your property or personal belongings. read more

Matt took care of the job I needed. Unexpectedly, the job was harder than it looked but Matt didn't give up. At the end he honored the price we agreed upon. This guy works hard and I can appreciate a small business owner. read more

Would give 2.5 stars, but ... 1. Said he'd call with a quote but just showed up. 2. Said he'd call with a day and time but just showed up 3. Quoted one price but charged more (at that time we thought it was ok since they cleared up yard waste not mentioned) 4. Said he'd come back for some items that didn't fit in trailer. 5. Called next day after neighbor complained about items left in their yard. 6. Called next day after neighbor complained about items left in their yard. 7. I've used Matt's all haul a few times and each time I'm a little more surprised at how good of a job they do. We had about 10 years worth of junk from our towing business and when we moved it was time to clear it out. Matt gave a reasonable quote and their service and cleanup was amazing. I cannot say enough good things about All Haul! When I had to clear out years and years of stuff that my dad had accumulated, and consolidate two households worth of stuff into one, I knew I needed help. After looking at a bunch of companies and yelp reviews, I was getting more and more concerned that I was going to get ridiculously overcharged and taken advantage of. Luckily, I found All Haul. I've had All Haul out probably 6 times in the last 9 months, because that's how much stuff I had. Each truck load was completely full, each nook and cranny filled, so when I was quoted a price per truck load, I knew I was getting a good deal. All Haul's crew are all very courteous, professional and quick! They would load in an hour what I had spent 2 weeks getting organized. And no matter what I needed to get rid of (old jacuzzi in a weird spot, gigantic satellite dish, old 70's console TVs) the answer was always the same "that's no problem, we'll take care of that". At a time when I just wanted the stuff out of here and didn't want to worry about it, being able to depend on All Haul has been such a relief! read more

Matt and his crew exceed ALL expectations. If I could rate a ten I would! I had a big yard cleanup job, so after looking at the local options on Yelp, I called Matt. He answered right away and came over promptly to give a quote. Within a couple of days he and his crew came over and just worked like crazy. Everyone is pleasant and friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. They took care of everything on my list and cleaned up beautifully, going way above and beyond. Absolutely going to be my go to guy, and I will happily recommend him to everyone I know! Thanks Matt! read more

I called All Haul after finding out I needed to remove some items from my upstairs deck for some painting done by my HOA. A searched Yelp and called All Haul based on reviews. I am glad I called them. They were courteous and quick to set up an appointment on the phone. Then they called to say they could come sooner, bonus! They removed my unwanted junk and stopped by my work to pick up a check for payment. read more

Juan and another employee ( I should have asked his name) came out for an estimate, and actually ended up staying to do another clean up job for me. I'm completely impressed with the their level of professionalism, and the beautiful job they did. They're half done, and another employee returns tomorrow @8am to complete the remainder of work (a vehicle removal). Thank you, thank you! I will definitely call again & recommend All Haul to friends. read more

Above and beyond: Matt and his crew cleaned out 3 decades worth of accumulated junk in an hour and a half. We could not believe the efficiency and capacity of his truck and crew. Highly recommended. read more

I called Matt a few days before I needed an ex-tenant's heavy items removed. He was polite on the phone and gave me an approximate price range, which I really appreciated! I called him back the day I was at the house and he came over within a short time to look at the items. His price was in the range he gave me. His crew was on another job, but arrived a few hours later and removed the items quickly. They were both polite and friendly. I would definitely refer people to him and absolutely use him again! Thank you Matt & crew! read more

Matt took my call on a Saturday and worked around my tight schedule... he called on the day of pickup to confirm their approximate arrival time and he came on time. Excellent service... they were very cordial, timely, and prompt. Matt, Peter, and another gentleman came, knocked out what I asked them to, and moved on with their day. Thank you, All Haul!!! read more

I was nervous when he just left his card on my porch & didn't remove anything from the backyard. I was annoyed when he only took one of the piles of green waste upon returning the next day. Now I'm furious because he hasn't returned my phone call regarding the removal of the second pile green waste that was left in the backyard.(I sent him a picture of each pile the previous week.) A very expensive mistake that I won't make again! read more

Great local service. I had an accumulation of stuff in my garage to be moved, old screen doors, metal security door, old TV, microwave, sheets of glass, dilapidated garden statuary, plus 3 old sofas. Called Matt, the owner, and he worked me into his schedule in a timely manner, showed up when he said he would, quoted me a very reasonable price. His guys even swept up the garage and got rid of the dust bunnies hiding behind the couches. Would definitely use again and will recommend to friends. Thanks, Matt. read more

I originally hired someone I found in front of home depot and scheduled them to come out to take a few mattresses. He said he will meet me at my old house at 9:30 am but never showed up. I called and texted, no response till 2 hrs later he said he had flat tire. So I called All Haul, Matt dispatched the crews in 10 minutes after I got off the phone with him. They were super fast and super professional. The job was done in about 5 minutes. It was painless and pleasant. I will definitely use their service again and recommend them to others 100%! read more

A first class company with oustanding service! Matt and his crew are prompt, courteous and very efficient! I called them to request a quote for the clean out of a rental property. The tenants had been evicted and the property was full of trash: inside the home, garage and in the yard. They left behind furniture, a pool table, and mountains of junk. Matt met with me the same day and gave me a very reasonable quote. He and his crew worked all day to haul everything away the following day. They did an amazing job taking care of every detail. If I could rate them 10 stars I certainly would. If you are looking for a professional call Matt...you will not be disappointed. read more
