I took my cat there, thinking he had a UTI. Only vet techs talked to me and they could not extract any urine from him manually. They sent us home with a $70 bill and WE DIDN'T EVEN SEE THE VET! Several weeks later, we took him to a different vet and he has a UTI and crystals. He and we have been suffering all this time. Shame on them. I would go to this vet unless you can see Dr. Westling. The owner is awful.

Our only complaint is their repro tech Katie; she is rude and has a grumpy demeanor; that's unpleasant but can be overlooked. I think the worst thing is she does not care about the owners opinions or concerns at all. I was told "No" to multiple things I requested based off of her acting like a know it all. She tried to force change our c section due date and refused to listen to me tell her why I wanted the day I scheduled. She was extremely rude arguing with me telling me she doesn't believe in progesterone testing or counting from ovulation. Told me I was going to kill my puppies. Long story short she changed our scheduled date to day 64 from ovulation against my wishes and go figure my female needed the c section on the day I originally scheduled for anyways! Then we get there asking for an X-ray pre c section and she said no we can't have one because we don't need a puppy count. Then she gave our girl under anesthesia ear medication and a rabies vaccine before letting us know it was being prescribed. It felt disrespectful and unsafe to have a tech take over and not be willing to listen to the owners/ paying customers at all. A couple times I asked "is that safe?" And she just sharply said yep. Not willing to discuss anything or conversate at all. Maybe she just really doesn't like me because I didn't like being told that I had no choice in keeping my schedules properly planned c section appointment last minute and she doesn't like to be questioned. But that's basic customer service and any caring owner would be concerned. I am very experienced so not new at all. I've never dealt with someone so cold. I need this clinic for two more upcoming appointments so I really hope she doesn't make it a nightmare like she did the last. It was almost enough to want to find a different clinic all together. Without the unprofessional demeanor of her, we had a great experience and felt that everyone else there were very caring and friendly. Very knowledgeable surgeon too. Side note: for the people complaining about them hassling you for payment after they provided you services, get real.. barely any vet will provide services without payment at time of service now regardless of situation strictly because people don't pay their bills! It's not the vets fault if you can't afford it. And to berate them for sending your bill to collections? Why didn't you pay?

I had been to PetSmart-but that place gets very distracting for a nosy beagle. So I called one time and I can say Jana is a natural with dogs. I started yesterday trying to make a grooming appointment. couldn't do it online. so I called and left a message. no return call. so I called and did reach someone. after 3 dogs and almost 10 yrs off and on using pet authority as a groomer, they want me to pay half up front because I forgot to cancel an appointment I had during a family medical situation that lasted for a couple months. I always tipped really well. I guess loyalty and generosity don't matter today. oh well. Somembody else will get the business and tip. I won't step foot on the place.
