I have not been anywhere that includes a wash, dry, and hair included for the reasonable price I was quoted. I came in for a quick consultation where she could see what my hair needed and could handle and that same weekend she was able to do my braids. The braiding was neat and secure but not too tight. Also while she was doing my hair she noticed areas of my hair that needed more attention and care and made me aware of what I could do to help those areas. The time it took for her to do my hair flew by because of the conversations and attention she paid to me. I'm so happy I came across her and will definitely be going back especially to try some of her other services.

I took my sister and I here for the first time back in February. Prior to our appointment I had…read morementioned to Ms. Williams that we wanted our hairstyle to protect our natural hair so we figured a full sew in would do that for us but we wanted it to look natural too. We even showed her pictures of some examples of what we wanted but she kept saying I don't feel conformable doing that (laying our hair down). That was the first red flag but I was trying to be optimistic. First off our hair wasn't washed properly prior to getting our hair braided down so it was itching immediately when we got out of the chair. Then we noticed our sew-in in the mirror not hidden at all-we were so embarrassed we had to throw on our hoods. We were so disappointed and dissatisfied with the service after the commute and after paying a hefty price tag on the service I thought by calling her and letting her know she would feel some type of sympathy or even a little empathy for us and maybe take out our sew in free but she didn't care AT ALL. For the duration of our sew ins we had to wear hats and headbands to make it look somewhat decent until we took out the sew-in from our head. We were beyond self conscious and hated how it turned out being our first time getting that service done. I don't recommend anyone going here you might as well just save your money or go to a popular city to get the service done. Definitely a one and done experience I'll never go back here again.
