I was in labor 17 hours and only dilated to 1cm. When I went in to see my doctor at 6 weeks pregnant they told me I would need another c section. That's when I decided to go to Centreville OBGYN. From the minute I met Chloe I felt safe. She was honest, open, answered my questions and calmed my fears. When I started to question having a vbac, she talked me through those concerns. Never once did I feel pressured or alone. She loves her vbac mommas and it shows. My vbac was such a calm and beautiful experience. It was amazing to have Chloe's support and guidance. I fully trusted her and it allowed me to relax and allow my body to progress naturally. After my vbac, I suffered from severe postpartum migraines. Chloe was there to help support me, research treatments, and even called my neurologist to push to have me seen sooner. She went above and beyond to ensure I was healthy. I am so thankful that I met Chloe and there is no one else I would want to have been by my side.

I had to ask them for a real referral during my next visit because that practice wasn't covered by my insurance. Then I needed some routine laboratory testing and they sent it to a bizarre lab that my major insurance doesn't cover, instead of the many that it does, without discussing it with me. I ended up with a surprise $300 bill. I'm not going back.

This is a small office, only one doctor and one nurse on duty each day. I love the family like feel. They all know me when I go in. Let's start with the front desk, as that's the first thing you'll see upon arrival. The receptionist (and billing person), Maria, is one of the rudest people I've ever encountered. She called me once to ask a question (I honestly can't recall what about) and when I called back her first words were, "Why didn't you pick up when I called?". I was floored. It was the same day! She argued with me about the craziest thing that was HER fault! I later spoke with the doctor about it and he convinced me he would handle it. Based on the comments from others, I am certain he didn't. She's completely toxic. More on her later. I am by no means a snob, but the aesthetics of this place are downright disgusting. Everything appears to be from the 80's, from the wallpaper to the curtains, to the flooring to the weird clown fabric decor. Maybe they should have used some of the money they basically stole from us to redo their office. We came for both allergy shots and for pediatrics. We came every Saturday morning for nearly a year for allergy shots. Each time we came in, we were charged for an office visit. We never saw the doctor, just an inept "nurse" who sometimes showed up to work. I thought this was the norm until I called around to other offices. We were basically charged twice what we should have for an ENTIRE YEAR! While this isn't illegal (I consulted my insurance company), it is completely unethical. I've since found a practice that does our shots each week for the cost of just the shot. Now, let's talk about the pediatrics. I brought my son for his annual physical, which is 100% free with my insurance. I received a bill for a co-pay of $30. When I called Maria (there she is!) to discuss, I was told because I "asked questions during the visit" and because my son still used a pacifier, it didn't qualify as a regular physical. This is what finally cost them my business. They are unethical and should not be allowed to practice medicine. It is absurd how we were treated! Because they are closed for 1.5 hours Monday through Thursday (they don't work Fridays) it is hard to get in contact about information not only for the patient but other offices. They place blame on others or even myself rather than be accountable for their lack of communication. My husband sent a sperm analysis and called to confirm and it took them 2 months later after I called with concerns for them to address it. I had to be the one saying we need to monitor my follicles to see if my body is reacting to the letrozole. When asked if there is any vitamins or supplements to support my health for reproduction, their response nope just pre-natal. The only positive about this office is Kessie and the nurses who draw blood. I would not recommend this practice unless you have the flexibility in your job to change your schedule around to be seen or even heard.

I found Dr. Zameni via Google search yesterday afternoon and was able to book an appointment for 9:30 this morning. I am a new patient and they saw me, even though I don't currently have insurance. The out-of-pocket cost is expensive, but not astronomical. After I booked my appointment online, a staff member called me to confirm and instructed me that her suite was on the 2nd floor of the building. It was very easy to find (though finding a spot my Ram fit into the parking garage was difficult). The front desk staff was friendly and addressed me right away. I didn't wait long at all. I met with Dr. Zameni's apprentice, Megan, who was very friendly. She listened to my concerns and made me feel comfortable with the conversation. Dr. Zameni was very friendly and seemed to take a genuine interest in me as a patient. She made some suggestions for me, and gave me my check-up. I was happy with her service. Today was my appointment. I called three times a few minutes before I arrived since the directions were not clear on how to get there. You have to park in a garage with no signs pointing to her practice, and go up to her suite. When I finally arrived, I was told she is no longer taking new patients. The obvious question was, "Why didn't you tell me this before I arrived??". Clearly, I would not have picked your practice. The receptionist said, "I just found out today". Well, I blame the unorganized doctor then since I called weeks in advance. However, the receptionist could've called me in the morning, or told me in the THREE TIMES I called as I was finding their location. Nope; they waited until I arrived to tell me they're not taking new patients. Then she said, "Well, we can see you for three appointments, and then you need to find someone else." What's the point? I'll just have to start over with a new doctor anyway and go through the new patient stuff again. I'd rather give my money to an honest, forthright company. Not someone who tells me when I walk in the door and thinks I'll cave since I'm already there. They're not getting a cent of my money. Highly don't recommend. For any new patient looking for an OBGYN, beware.....they'll tell you when you arrive that they really can't be your doctor, but they'll take your money for the first few visits.
