All delivered failed to provide the services promised. They promised a delivery which they missed and then failed to deliver what they promised the following week as well. The second delivery was set for 2000 of the flyers I provided and 1/4 of which were supposedly delivered. I have been provided no way to verify this although they claim their services are GPS tracked. The account manager I was dealing with was very difficult to get a hold of and when I asked for a status update, I wouldn't get a response until I told them I'm taking my business elsewhere. I asked for my remaining flyers back and a refund and was told 'no' and that I would have to go to court. They delivered one flyer and sent us a photo as proof of delivery. Warning - this company changes names and disappears all the time. They were once Got Delivered, All Delivered, etc. and their address is a sketchy PO box that keeps moving around (for reference, right now it's on Vista Way in CA). Caveat Emptor! WOW! Where do I begin? So I call these people and spoke with Deb who was able to get me set up for a Saturday with a well trusted supervisor. The Friday before delivery comes and their contact calls me and the GPS Unit they sent their team was broken. So they stated they could still deliver on Saturday without GPS. Which opposes there credo Something like "If it isn't GPS'd it was not Delivered!" We why would I ask them to deliver on Saturday without GPS? I Didn't. So we rescheduled for Tuesday and then was advised their trusted Supervisor was transferred and was replaced with someone she obviously was not as familiar with because he was "Trustworthy" did not come out of her this time, for good reason. Monday comes and the delivery person/Manager calls me he will not be able to make it, his fuel pump on his vehicle went out and he wont be able to deliver then. 2 Days goes by and I hear from NO ONE till Thursday by then they have promised me free delivery on my next order of fliers. I let their contact know that if I advised my boss that my car broke down and did not call my boss for 2 days I Would be fired. In this case their delivery person called me the BOSS and then I heard nothing. She Promised me now 200 Fliers for my next delivery. 200 Fliers for FREE that I had NO INTENTION of using this company to Deliver trash for me in the future. It wouldn't get there. Well on Thursday I emailed her and that evening her Delivery person finally called after I sent their contact the email. We agreed he would come Friday Evening to pickup my fliers for Saturday delivery at 6pm. He calls me at 5:55 and advises he is on his way to pickup the fliers. He finally shows up at 6:20. Late in his Truck NOT wearing a UNIFORM I Would have loved to see the UNIFORM they say they have their people wear. So my thought by their TOP 10 reasons to Hirer them is that he went straight home and separated the fliers into 100 count piles and passed them out to his elite team. And on Saturday I could watch him with their GPS as he made the delivery. I was never instructed how to do this or where to find the link. Well I spoke with their contact through Email again asking her where I see the tracking of where my fliers were delivered. She let me know I Should receive a Link as to where to find the GPS Tracking Results but because everything went so badly with my delivery she would get with her TECH Department and have them expedite the posting. That was a week ago I have heard from NO ONE. I Emailed her again she has not replied. At this point I can only Assume per their Credo if it was not tracked it was not delivered. I will never use All Delivered again! I was looking for a reliable company to deliver flyers door to door to promote my business in Las Vegas and found All Delivered on the web. I figured since they did GPS tracking I'd be sure all my flyers were delivered. This turned out to be the worst business experience I've ever been a part of. When I spoke with Katherine to get some initial information she told me they come to Vegas almost every other weekend so my delivery wouldn't be a problem. She followed up with me each and every day until I finally paid a week later( I was waiting for my printing company to finish my flyers). Once I paid, on June 21st the problems started. Katherine was calling me every day to make the sale, but never followed up again to give me a date my flyers would be delivered. I had to called back and finally get a run date of July 5th. July 5th comes and goes and I don't get a call, so I called and was told they would get it done on July 8th and 9th. July 8th comes and goes and again I don't get a call. All Delivered finally arrived on the 9th around 3pm and worked for about two hours then a storm hit so they had to stop and return to California. We rescheduled the rest to be delivered on July 23rd, a whole month after I paid. July 23rd comes and goes and yet again no phone call. So the 24th I call them and am told their car broke down on the way to Vegas. (Katherine tells me they don't use locals for delivery because everyone is flaky in Vegas. Really Katherine everyone???) I'm getting angry at this point, and all they had to do to keep me happy was give me a call and keep me in the loop. But no, I have to call the day after my delivery isn't delivered to find out. So we reschedule for July 28th and I'm waiting by the phone, and nothing. So I call around noon on the 28th and ask what time they are starting. Katherine says they can't make it out until tomorrow because they are working on a local job in Southern California. I was pissed! One would think they would find a way to just get my 20,000 flyers delivered after all I've been through. I mean come on it's not that hard to keep the customer happy. I was through with her, I asked to speak with the marketing director and demanded my money back! He promised to get them delivered tomorrow and while I was beyond pissed off with their lack of professionalism, I gave them one last chance. They finally delivered on the 29th, and gave me seven GPS tracking numbers. My final complaint is only one or two GPS units seemed to be working at a time. All the rest showed "NO DATA", so I have no idea if they were even delivered. I have to assume they were not, because I only received five or six calls from people who got my flyer. That's how many I got when I delivered 600 myself! Yet I paid them to deliver 20,000. All Delivered has lost a valuable customer. I have tracked their works and watched them make their deliveries. All Delivered is the only company I have used where I didn't have to worry about all my flyers being dumped in the trash by the distributor. Hi everyone, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. It is a scam. I am certain the good reviews on here are people they know, or paid to write positive reviews to outweigh the bad. We sourced them, and paid THOUSANDS of dollars to get Door Hangers out for our company. They never provided POP's and kept giving us the run around. Sorry, but taking a picture takes half a second. They take your money and you never hear from them again, or they keep giving excuses for not being able to provide proof that the jobs was done. The whole GPS tracking thing is a complete and total lie. You can't say that you haven't been warned. We search yelp to look for a good distribution company to take care of advertisement. There were a lot to select from. One of the reasons we selected alldelivered was because they called us back the same day. Some of the other companies took 3 to 5 days. We placed our order with them. They picked up our advertisement and started the distribution within 2 days of pickup. We saw a nice spike in business! Our sales were up 55% for that week. The rep was very helpful and the flyers were picked up a couple of days before our delivery. A few days after the delivery our rep emailed us the GPS of the delivery. The results from our advertisement was very good and we enjoyed the professional services that they provided. We are planning on doing this a few more times for our business. I own a tax company and we contacted all delivered to get postcards delivered to homes this tax season. We usually use our own people, but wanted somebody else to handle the project. We sent the artwork over to them and the graphic artist was very fast and got us the artwork within a couple days. That was great because we were on a tight time crunch. They even sent me artwork during the weekend! That showed the extra effort and we appreciated it. Our postcards got printed and then they delivered it to the homes around my business. They followed my instructions and kept me updated. They told be upfront that I was going to get some complaints from some apartments. I made note of it and knew how to handle it when it happened. We started getting calls on our advertisement and we were very happy with the response from it. They ate still delivering for us, because it's tax season. They emailed over our GPS reports a few days after our first run. It was very cool to have this to check their work! I am looking forward to the other postcards getting out. Contacted All Delivered to distribute 2500 door hangers. I am almost certain they did not fulfill their end of the contract. I have passed out the same door hangers myself, in the past, in batches of 100-200 and I have always received at least one call from my efforts. I paid All Delivered to distribute 2500 of the same fliers, in the same neighborhoods, and I have received no calls. I definitely have not received any GPS data from the company. I only give this company, All Delivered/Door Hanger Company one star as there is not a means to give it less. In cases like this, conflict resolution is solely based on facts and it is important to filter out the extraneous. Here are the facts: 1. All Delivered/Door Hanger Company was contracted on February 1st to hand deliver 500 pieces of literature. This was a trial run to see how they operate before we moved forward with our 5K - 20K piece mailings. 2. There was no mention in the agreement about scope of work; i.e. proposed geographical area of delivery. 3. In subsequent correspondence regarding the specific area to target, this company's Account Executive Mel clearly stated in an email dated February 2nd, 2017 that the handouts would start at our business address and would run out within 1 mile or less. 4. Based on the GPS maps, the handout distribution did not start at the specified address and did not hit the targeted audience as communicated and as outlined by the Account Executive from All Delivered/Door Hanger Company. The above facts are the only relevant considerations as it pertains to this complaint. When All Delivered/Door Hanger Company was made aware of their mistake, the response was that they would deliver an additional 200 handouts at no charge as long as we covered the printing cost. We indicated that this was not an acceptable resolution as we would be incurring additional cost to help them correct their error and that payment would be suspended until a fair solution was offered. The response from All Delivered/Door Hanger Company to this was to then bring in extraneous opinions about quantity and format of the handouts, why they were delivered incorrectly, finally culminating in the threat of legal action for non-payment and slander if you can believe that. It is totally acceptable to make a mistake on an agreed service and a correction of that mistake is instituted that incurs no further harm on the customer. It is sheer incompetence when said mistake is responded to by adding insult to injury and this incompetence offers a clear insight into the business ethics of this company. I strongly urge to anyone contemplating using the services All Delivered/Door Hanger Company to reconsider. This debacle has been a waste of our company resources, both directly and indirectly and it appears that there is no path for restitution at this time. Buyer beware! read more

My small company was looking for a reliable company to deliver our brochures to specific locations in Encinitas. We used a couple of other companies in the past. We had ok results, but we did not know if the job has ever been completed. We did some research and found that a local company offered GPS tracking of their delivery people. We called and they gave us a demo online. It was pretty cool. We had 5,000 brochures delivered and was able to watch it on our computer during the delivery. We also went out to verify if the GPS was matching up with what we saw online. And it did. It was pretty cool. We had better results than company we used in the past. I have a water filtration company in North County, we have been doing many types of marketing from yellow pages to online. We wanted to try another way to advertise our services and had some flyers printed and contacted All Delivered to help us get our message out. I was able to monitor the delivery and also was able to drive by and watch. It was nice to have a company that puts a service to verify their delivery services. Can you rate less than 1 star? Watch out. These guys are scary. The took the order and then 3 weeks later told me that their driver's car was broken into and all my flyers were stolen. As a make-up they would redo the order and give me an extra 1000 anywhere else i wanted. I hired them for 2 campaigns of 5,000 each. The first campaign is in my own home neighborhood so when no flyer ever showed up at my door, or my neighbors I started to worry. They sent me screen shots of streets they hit and they got about 80% of the area. Then it took another 3 weeks for the 2nd delivery to occur. This time in a neighborhood for one of my staff. Guess what? No flyer to her, or her neighbor, or 2 streets over. They sent me screen shots of the streets they supposedly went to but you can't read it. I kept pressing them for accuracy but never got it. I asked for the bonus 1000 and they kept saying it was going to happen but 3 weeks later no result. When I complained and threatened to file a complaint or dispute the charges they billed me they threatened to file a collection against me and promised they'd deliver flyers to all my areas indicating our business tried not to pay. I wasn't too worried about their threats but just surprised any business would respond and deal with customers in a thuggish manner. Customer service was extremely poor. read more
