Within hours, the same day, Johnny and Pablo came to evaluate the damage. They even helped with leak detection, which typically would be done by a plumber; that was a huge plus. After their evaluation, including thermal imaging to see humidity and water behind inaccessible walls, and tile, they did mold treatment, and they set up fans and equipment that would remove all of the humidity. After a few days of the machines running, all the humidity and mold was removed. They were very professional and friendly. On top of that, they provided a very thorough report of all the findings and the work done. Honestly, a superb experience.
