They have implemented new charges for early drop off $20 (before 1pm) and late pick up $40 (after 11am)./ know for me when I'm going out of town for a weekend I want to leave before 1pm and it would be hard to get back on a Sunday by 11am to avoid the additional fees. I have been using Dry Pond for 5 years (since I got my dog). I even switched to their vet services. My loyalty to their business doesn't seem to matter to management. After talking to the staff they suggested I email Shannon Pierce, the owner. I did email her and now 5 days later I still have NOT gotten a response. Dry Pond is also implementing additional fees/charges called Peak Pricing $20 per DAY for: Spring Break & summer (Memorial Day thru Labor Day), Thanksgiving week & Christmas thru New Years. None of this is mentioned up front on their website. Clearly they don't appreciate my business.

I had seen the doctor a month ago, and they asked me to bring her back in. When I called to do that, Cindy repeatedly interrupted me, spoke over me, and insisted my dog needed additional procedures--including a rabies vaccine--despite that having nothing to do with the purpose of my call. I was kind of shocked because Cindy is the one that left me a voicemail that I needed to bring my dog in for a recheck last week. I tried to explain to Cindy that this is not about a vaccine. It's a simple recheck, and that my dog sister died last year from getting a vaccine that was pushed on me from another to her old age she died. Cindy had no emotion and did not want to hear anything. Throughout the call, Cindy's tone remained disrespectful and dismissive. I repeatedly asked to speak to someone else because I am currently battling cancer, and her confrontational tone was causing my blood pressure to rise. Despite this, she continued to argue with me instead of simply helping me get the recheck scheduled. When I later shared my experience and concerns with the Dr, I was told Cindy has been with the company a long time and that he did not hear a conversation, but can assure me that Cindy is not in the wrong so Dr. and Cindy, I hope you guys feel good about yourselves. When I called because my kitty hadn't used the litter box in over 24 hours they gave me solid advice on how to help her and she ended up using the litter box. After seeing the regular vet and my cat's serious illness not improving, I called Urgent Vet ahead…read moreof time to ask about bringing my cat in for IV fluids. They told me to come in the next day so I got there when they opened the next morning. They ran labs and I had to wait 2 hours for the vet to then tell me they don't offer IV fluids and refer me to an emergency vet. Every hour is critical for the illness my cat has so they wasted a ton of time and the damage could be irreversible because of that according to the vet. Also wasted $400 in duplicate charges because I had to go to the emergency vet immediately from there. Update to review- The practice manager did reach out to me and apologized. She said they will improve their training on this to try to prevent it in the future, which I appreciate and is why I brought up the issue. I also want to say the vet tech and vet that we saw there were great despite not being able to provide the treatment my cat needed.

This ER is amazing! The Dr on call was amazing as was her assistant. We brought our dog in with…read moreLethargy and unsteadiness. We believe he had a brain tumor, he was only 8. He had been acting strangely over the last few months, but mostly behavioral. On Wednesday he was just not himself, unsteady, but by Thursday he was definitely not doing well. They did ultrasound and xrays plus the bloodwork from the night before from a different er. They gave him fluids and vitamins but unfortunately he had a really bad seizure and was not doing well. We had to put him down. The vet was awesome. We laid him in our car, on his bed for 1 last ride and said goodbye. This is definitely the ER you want for your pet, they care!
