Everything is the same with the same staff, same phone number etc. and even when you pay for something via Credit Card, it still comes through as Denver Canine Club. They have a lot of services that they offer such as Day Care, Grooming and Boarding but the only one we use is the Grooming. Tina is one of the best Groomers we have found yet and Grooming a Fluffy Welsh Corgi is a challenge in of itself. She does an excellent job and Watson the Corgi loves here.

I had seen the doctor a month ago, and they asked me to bring her back in. When I called to do that, Cindy repeatedly interrupted me, spoke over me, and insisted my dog needed additional procedures--including a rabies vaccine--despite that having nothing to do with the purpose of my call. I was kind of shocked because Cindy is the one that left me a voicemail that I needed to bring my dog in for a recheck last week. I tried to explain to Cindy that this is not about a vaccine. It's a simple recheck, and that my dog sister died last year from getting a vaccine that was pushed on me from another to her old age she died. Cindy had no emotion and did not want to hear anything. Throughout the call, Cindy's tone remained disrespectful and dismissive. I repeatedly asked to speak to someone else because I am currently battling cancer, and her confrontational tone was causing my blood pressure to rise. Despite this, she continued to argue with me instead of simply helping me get the recheck scheduled. When I later shared my experience and concerns with the Dr, I was told Cindy has been with the company a long time and that he did not hear a conversation, but can assure me that Cindy is not in the wrong so Dr. and Cindy, I hope you guys feel good about yourselves. The staff were so kind and caring, you would have thought they were her primary vet even though this was her first visit. Sarah and Dr. Taylor (and all the staff really) were phenomenal. They made making an incredibly hard decision more tolerable. The little room in back was perfect, with seating, low lights and quiet to spend those final moments with her. They let me have as much time with my girl before she crossed the Rainbow bridge as I needed. They welcomed other family members into the clinic who wanted to be with her before she passed as well. My girl passed peacefully, comfortably and knowing she was incredibly loved. Thank you for caring so much for my baby during her final moments. Thank you for also extending that care to her humans as well.

After seeing the regular vet and my cat's serious illness not improving, I called Urgent Vet ahead…read moreof time to ask about bringing my cat in for IV fluids. They told me to come in the next day so I got there when they opened the next morning. They ran labs and I had to wait 2 hours for the vet to then tell me they don't offer IV fluids and refer me to an emergency vet. Every hour is critical for the illness my cat has so they wasted a ton of time and the damage could be irreversible because of that according to the vet. Also wasted $400 in duplicate charges because I had to go to the emergency vet immediately from there. Update to review- The practice manager did reach out to me and apologized. She said they will improve their training on this to try to prevent it in the future, which I appreciate and is why I brought up the issue. I also want to say the vet tech and vet that we saw there were great despite not being able to provide the treatment my cat needed.

However this hospital was by far the most affordable option. Although the price was a concern for my wife and me, we also wanted somewhere that would be respectful of this extremely difficult decision. They got us right in and were amazing and so compassionate. They even sent us a signed card from the staff along with our sweet boy's paw print. Later, we brought our cat in for a regular checkup for an illness about two months later and they were super helpful and didn't push treatments that weren't absolutely necessary. The wait was a little long, but they are an emergency hospital so they operate on a first-come-first-serve basis and they still got to us as quickly as possible. Highly recommend this vet 100%.

I had to go here with my injured pet on Saturday because my vet was not open. I checked in at 9:30am and was told the wait would probably be about 4 hours!!! I really had no choice because my pet was injured, so I waited. At almost 1:30 in the afternoon, I asked how much longer I would have to wait and was told probably another 3 to 4 hours, because they had "alot of emergencies" that day. To exploit vulnerable, desperate pet owners and their injured or sick pets because we have no other option on a Saturday is outrageous and sick. And P.S. they charge a $175 just to walk in the door! That doesn't include any tests, blood work, x rays etc.... DO NOT GO HERE!
