I recently came for the first time this year as my guinea pig was sick and I was unsure what to do. She got me in the next day and all of the staff are very welcoming! I now bring my birds, guinea pigs, and dogs here and I recommend anyone this office if they're looking for a new vet! Prices are fair as well and they do not overcharge you. Please be aware of this place they are very money hungry from the time I sat down with my dog they were talking money. And me being stupid I told them it needs to be done . And they ran with this did blood test that were needed. And came back with basically my dog is dying and what do I want to do they can run a bunch of stuff and and do i want an estimate i was already told 320 and that was far from the truth. 580 because they charged me 123 for 8 antibiotics. Then to make it worse went home and dog got much worse we have another dog that goes to a much cheaper vet so took him there on a emergency visit. They found several things and a couple injections and some meds he was much better. They ask we bring back the next day and we did they got him back to normal and it cost 138 dollars so beware . To Whom it may concern, On Sept 16. 2023 my wife and I had an appointment to take our 14 year old Beautiful Lab( Abby Gale Rose ) in to have her euthanized. She was struggling with here hips, having anxiety , and loosing here hearing. We held on knowing the outcome, but she was happy with us. We had an appointment for 8:15 am . Abby was a trooper, we helped her get up and when she knew with her leash she was going somewhere with us she did her best to go to our truck (I bought a ramp for Her). She climbed in with my help and went for a ride. Got to your Vets office and ask for a room because of her anxiety. You put us in a room for 25 minutes past our appointment. she stood at the door quivering as I held her and tried comforting her, she would with her nose push my arm away. That was not Abby. Then you finally came in and said you couldn't find a vein because of the lighting in the room. Put her on a stretcher and took her from the only comfort from us for 10 minutes before her end. Brought her back into the room with us and offered Chocolate kisses. Should have offered her a slice of Apple, Cherry Tomato, a Green Fresh Green Bean. ( Which I know you didn't know her) Our Abby. And then we put her to sleep. I will remember your callousness for Abby the rest of my life over everything she meant to us. My Wife and I are both in our late 60's and Abby was our child since our children are grown ,our Grand Children are grown and Abby was our Baby Girl. You made me feel that I let her down by leading her to her end and making it agonizing for her and us. I don't know if you will understand. But I hope you make it a better end of time experience for a family or person bringing there Pet Child in ,to not have them stress and suffer any longer. I hope you find more empathy towards others Animal Babies in the future. We struggled with this appointment to be there at 8:15 for 5 days. You may think I'm knit picking but after agonizing over doing something of this nature that needs to be done , the waiting hurts. All of this is just my personnel feelings. After reading reviews, I'm assuming Bella P. is not being completely honest. How could they sedate a pet they could not touch? Seems strange. Also Richard M. review seems unreasonable. According to your own review, you live in a different state and are not a client. Why would a vet travel out of state to meet a stranger? You seem delusional. Otherwise we have always had excellent service at this vet. I do try to avoid coming in on Monday and Friday afternoons though as they tend to be very busy and have longer wait times. read more

The 3 girls at the front desk didn't even acknowledge us when we walked in. They were to busy on Instagram and ordering Starbucks. We had an appointment at 3:30 and didn't even get taken back till 4:15, then we waited in the back for 30 min for ear drops. Then when we came out they still didn't clean up a mess made by a dog over an hr ago and I didn't see it and stepped in it. They were still sitting there on Instagram. The people working here were wonderful. My gf's 16 year old cat had started to quickly fall into decline and we had to euthanize him. The staff were kind and understanding and the way they handled everything was not only thoughtful towards what we were going through, but also to what our poor cat was going through. I'm so thankful for the people here and how kind they were to my gf during this difficult experience. I will be using this facility for all my pet's future needs. read more

I called Creature Features concerning in-home euthanasia for my dog, as I was told that Dr. Mack provided this service. The person answering the phone said that she didn't think he would do that for someone that wasn't a long-term customer, and that he probably wouldn't drive that far anyway. The receptionist didn't offer to ask Dr. Mack and when I asked to speak to Dr. Mack I was not allowed to do so. I was then rudely advised that I could "just look it up" and find someone that would provided this service. read more

In fifteen years of owning dogs, this is the most frustrating and unresponsive veterinarian I've ever encountered. 1. My dog woke up one morning in extreme pain, whimpering and yelping even at the lightest touch. I called at 8 in the morning, half an hour after these people claim to be open, and was told I could bring him in at 2 in the afternoon, six hours later. I tried to explain that he was in extreme pain and I was very worried about him, but all I got was their usual, "Sorry, but no doctors are here until then." Think about that: They are open, but no vets are available. Luckily, there was an emergency vet a few miles away, and I was able to take him there. 2. My dog needed to have his teeth cleaned. They told me that was surgery, and I would have to bring him in at 7AM. I work late, and 7AM is difficult for me. I asked if there was any possible way he could be scheduled for later. Again the usual, "Sorry, but it has to be 7AM." 3. This morning I arrived at 7AM, and was told they didn't open till 7:30. I had a voicemail message from them with a reminder to be there at 7, but to no avail. Once again, the usual, "Sorry, we can't take him, we don't open till 7:30. This is very much a "our way or the highway" operation. I strongly advise you to choose the highway, unless you really enjoy dealing with incompetence, frustration, and a "so sorry, too bad" attitude. read more

Honestly, having tried two or three other vets in the area these guys are great. They went out of their way to move around appointments to see my sick dog and always have a vet on hand. The office staff is great and listens to you the first time as well unlike other vets I've had to call two or three times to get something done. read more

I have tried to return to this clinic because it's the closest to my home. But after seeing my pet and preforming a procedure to evacuate her bowels (no clue of what they did because they didn't tell me or give expectations of what to expect after) she bled rectal for 5 days. Upon calling them and without being seen their vet wanted me to pick up meds. Again with no discussion directly with the vet/s. When I told them I'm uncomfortable with giving further treatment without a discussion with the vet the desk attendant told me that the vet wouldn't be able to call me back for 4 days. It took over 1/2 an hour for my boy to be seen but really, that's understandable because emergencies happen. The vet was apologetic about our wait without us prompting him to be, so that was very professional. The waiting area is nice and roomy here so we didn't mind waiting so much. The vet and his assistant were SUPER nice to my baby. They made him relaxed. We were in the for about a minute and done! They didn't push any extra medicine or shots on us which we always appreciate ...idk if its because they had limited time or of its just something they don't do, but it was so nice because every other vet has done that to us. I would like to let readers know, that my pup just had a rabies shot so I cannot speak on how well they handle serious medical situations. read more

These people are money grubbing scum who will invent illnesses to keep you bringing your pet back for more tests and expensive treatments. I used to live in Chicago and their prices are higher than any vet I ever saw there. We took our dog for a check up and the vet said that he had a heart murmur. It turns out that she was WRONG. He didn't have a heart murmur, he had CANCER. The medicine she gave us for his heart murmur cost $200 for a 3 month supply and was totally USELESS and he suffered and died from CANCER. I will never take another pet there again. read more

Place is a joke. Had an appointment set for 3:30 for our new puppy to get her shots. We got there around 3:15 to finish up paperwork and were the only ones there. The receptionist kept getting our paperwork wrong and seemed to be overwhelmed while the other receptionist just wanted to walk about and pet our puppy. Waited and waited while person after person came in and got called back after 5 minutes of waiting. At 4 we asked how much longer and we were told we'd be next. After 4 more people were called back we finally left. Horrible planning and time management from this place. Will NEVER return read more
