I'm almost 100% sure that this business is closed at this location now. Because, I came by yesterday to check it out, and this was just a normal house with people living there now. Some Asian woman and her teen son. She was nice, but she had no idea what I was talking about when I asked her about this business, and she seemed a little agitated that I was there. I have a feeling that I am not the first person to come by their house before inquiring about this business. I just wonder, if this business still is active, how are they using an address of somebody's home as a business location, when their business is not run out of that location? If I was the woman that lived there, I would be pretty pissed off that somebody used my address to start a business. She was a very nice lady, and she said that she had been living there for about a year or two. So, I don't know what is going on. But, it looked like a nice house. This has been the best experience. Let me explain. I never ordered from overseas & tried it, I had the best help given to me step by step -let me tell you he explained with patience everything that was happening & how it was happening. Very easy process. So I ordered another piece overseas.....OMG what a nightmare let me tell YOU. I contacted "Wai Lau" who helped me the 1st time and asked him if he could help. He stepped in and fixed everything that was totally screwed up. Again one more time "Wai" saved the day. Called and asked about the logistics. Got a standard email asking for forms and proof of ID. Since I am new to this I followed up with an email asking about the details such as payment and the rest of the procedure. After 1.5 hr they just replied "Sorry, for this shipment we cannot handle the clearance." Worst attitude ever. read more
