The owner honored the original pricing and waived additional charges that could have been added, which made a difference. This situation was stressful, but I do think the follow-up and resolution were handled more professionally than the initial visit. If anything, I'd say make sure you ask questions and get clear answers up front, but I can acknowledge that they stepped in and worked to make it right in the end.
