We just had our 2 year old carpets cleaned by David. This guy is AWESOME!!! Very friendly, courteous, honest, respectful, and professional. He explained everything he was doing, and what it was doing. David is the type you can only get from a family owned business. He makes you feel you can invite him over for Sunday dinner. What a GREAT service. My landlord hired some other (hack) service to clean the carpets before I moved in, and they did not treat the carpets for the pet urine problem so the carpet looked clean (sort of) but reeked of pet urine. Tri-County came out twice, first late in the day (nearing dark) when we could use the blacklight to locate the urine spots and I could take photos (to show the landlord) and then he came back the following day to treat the carpets and clean them. The landlord was here the following day and Tri-County showed him how they identified the urine spots that had not been addressed by the previous carpet cleaning service, and also showed him how much dirt still remained in the carpets as they re-cleaned the carpets in my cottage. When my landlord asked Tri-County to give him a bid on cleaning the main house, it turned out that Tri-County's rate was lower than he had paid the hack to clean both houses a few days earlier. Too bad I couldn't talk my landlord into hiring Tri-County the first time, it would have saved him money and he would have received a better carpet cleaning job. I just can't say enough nice things about how professional they were, how fast they were able to work this job in, and how willing they were to work with me to get this resolved within my time and landlord constraints. I'd give them 6 stars if I could! read more
