We hired this company to put in one simple downspout on our house. They were told to put the downspout on the corner of the house like we have on all the other corners of our buildings. Instead of putting the downspout on the corner of the house, they installed it over 13" from the corner and put it right in the middle of our siding. We have contacted them 3 times. We are now 38 days from the initial call to come back and put it where it belongs. No one has called. No one has come back. Nothing but silence. We are going to do the repair ourselves. And we will have to patch our Hardy plank siding where the screws are and will need to paint the entire side of the house. We paid them $272 for one downspout that they couldn't even do correctly. These guys did an absolutely fantastic job on my gutters. They look perfect, and there was no evidence in my plant beds that they'd ever had ladders up at all. The estimate was $100 to $200 higher than other bids, but, in my opinion, the result was worth every penny. read more
