Update: Jessica gave me a prompt call after seeing my review and asked me to call her back as she…read morehad the quote in front of her and that Jonathan was able to extend a discount for my troubles. I was able to contact her back 2 days later to request the "proposal", she had my email, but never sent it to me until I asked over the phone. I'm not sure if she had other things to do, but the email didn't come through so I let her know through Yelp messages and she resent it again. Third times the charm! Unfortunately even with the discount they are a lot pricier than some other competitors and I still have my doubts about this company. I hope others have a better experience than I did, although it wasn't that bad, but I do like people who can deliver what was promised in a timely manner or an update at least if the proposal wasn't ready. I would give this company zero stars if possible. I messaged them about a getting an estimate and their manager Jessica responds. She asks me to look on their website and they would be able to give me an estimate, I sent them a design I was interested in and she said she would have Jonathan come out to do an estimate for me. I sent the design 6/29/19 9:42am and no response until 7/9/19 at 9:35am. At this point I'm already skeptical and also told Jessica I Hope if I do go with their company, I wouldn't have any timely issues like this. She assured me I would. I went ahead and scheduled the estimate for 7/10/19 at 10am and was told I'd get the estimate in a few days. 7/17/19 I message Jessica again and asked for a status. She says she will reach out to Jonathan and get back to me, but another day has passed. Currently 7/18/19 at 3:32pm. After reading a review about this company having contract issues and putting liens on peoples property, I'm definitely going to steer clear of them. I find it also odd they looked up who the owner of the property I requested an estimate to be made on as well. I have not had this issue with other fabricators.

I emailed Troy at Sun Sheet Metal with the measurements of the tabletop and explained I wanted a custom brushed finish stainless steel 'cover' to give our table a two-tone look with metal on top and wood legs. He responded quickly and after a brief email exchange to hammer out the details, he put the order into production and it was ready for pickup the following week. My wife picked up the metal table 'cover' and the guys at Sun Sheet Metal helped load and carefully 'tetris' it into her car. We could not be more impressed with the final product. It fit absolutely perfectly over our existing table top, has beautiful smoothed and polished edges and corners, and is SOLID. They used 16-gauge stainless steel sheets and it looks and feels very high quality. And price was reasonable and it looks like a brand new table. If you have a custom metal project, give them a shot. They seem to mostly do larger projects, which I'm sure are also high quality, but it's worth asking about smaller jobs like this. See attached pictures of our little home project.
