I came for the outline and my appointment was set but i had to wait 45 mins..once doing the outline he took 3 breaks in between so I had to sit there and wait and didnt get out till 4 hours later and he said he had to do the color another time..so of course I had to come back where he finally finished it and then told me he had to charge me more then we agreed upon.. I shouldn't of had to pay for the whole waiting period and all the breaks he took inbetween (really unprofessional) I'd never go back

I was met with a smile and patience when I asked some questions. The person who was helping me from the start ends up being the owner!! He greeted me and explained the process and ask me so many questions. I could tell he cared he wasnt looking to fill his pockets from my visit. I sat waiting for him to set up and while I waited I was able to watch some cool nature videos. They had a stack of kids books about crystals and minerals. It was super easy to book an appointment online using Vagaro. Upon arrival, I was greeted by Maria who was super friendly and welcoming. We talked about what I wanted for my brows, from the shape to the tint and everything in between. She is absolutely meticulous and took the time to draw and pencil before starting the process. I walked out absolutely in love with my brows and cannot wait to go back!! I even left with a card with instructions on how to care for my laminated brows which was helpful. The only thing I'd change is the smell of the product, and I know she can't help that !!
