She made me feel really comfortable the whole time and I would not hesitate to return to her. This day, I had my rook pierced (ear cartilage) and it was so quick and easy. I also requested that she change and replace the jewelry in my tragus (another ear piercing). Once she called me in, I was in and out in less than 20 minutes. She is the master piercer here and you could tell she knew what she was doing. The major difference between her and other places, is she will use beautiful starter jewelry. The curved bar she put in my newly pierced rook was a double ended prong gem and I was so excited and I am so pleased. Most places will use a standard barbell and you have to settle with that until it's healed and you can return to have it changed. Since she pierced with this, I am set for years. She also put a beautiful gem in my tragus. I think this is the best place to get pierced in Albany.

I stopped in after calling ahead by about half an hour, and we got started. I was nervous - I have plenty of tattoos, but only ear piercings - and I must admit, it was painful. I prolly wouldn't do it again. And I unfortunately - and humiliatingly - passed out right after David pierced my nose and put in the jewelry. I thought I was prepared, but I guess I wasn't, lol. Thankfully, he was absolutely awesome. He caught me and had me lay down for a while, brought me water and a lollipop to help with my sugar levels and kept checking on me to make sure I was okay. It took me about 20 minutes to get back to normal, and he was so patient and kind about it. That really meant a lot. If I ever get another piercing, I'll definitely be going here.

I have had my lashes done by Lisa three times now and it it time for me to rave!…read more On my first visit, Lisa took her time to tailor the experience to my wishes. Working with what was left with my previous set (at my request), she set me up with a beautiful set of lashes at an utterly reasonable price. She wasn't trying to rope me in with a deal. She provides the same excellent service every time. I have been impressed with all the care she puts into applying the lashes. I had never had a technician use a primer on me, and Lisa goes above and beyond to use products to ensure a steady hold. The whole experience is so quick and comfortable! My fill takes only an hour and I have a lot of lashes. All of her attention to detail and technique means that my eyes don't burn and my lashes don't stick to the lower lashes. It's a dream come true after my other experiences with experienced technicians in Albany and NYC. Lisa's office is clean, cozy, and well ventilated and her prices are utterly reasonable. My lashes turn out beautifully every time. What is not to love?

The woman who answered was so polite & said they would accommodate me. I arrived about 10 mins later to the cutest little shop. I was 0/3 with men doing my nails, so I was wary, but I honestly didn't have to worry at all. Mice (I think that was his name), was so nice! He listened to what I wanted, made sure everything was perfect, & when he noticed something that didn't look quite right? He started over! Yvonne was a dream. She did my pedicure with hot stone treatment, applied the exact cherry red that I wanted, and made the experience such a delight. They even gave me a gift bag when I left, which included some coconut and honey lotion, and some lipgloss. I can't wait to be back in a few weeks for a fill!
