On Tues of this week, I called All Bright Pressure Washing for an estimate. I was told I would be hearing from the owner, later that day, or early evening. He was going to call before he dropped by. I did not hear a word from Mark Prieur that day at all, nor did he phone me the next day, Wed. Thurs afternoon when the phone rang, I checked the ID, and it was Mark. I answered the phone, but no one was there. I hung up, redialed that number, NO answer, so I left a message. I told him to CALL me in an hour, as I was stepping out, and did not want to miss him. About 15 minutes later the phone rang and it was Mark. I did NOT answer, as I told him to call me in 60 minutes, not 15.Needless to say about 8 minutes later a truck pulled up in my drive. Obviously, the man CANNOT take directions.
I came out of the house, and Mark lowered his window. He didn't even get out of the truck. I asked him if he was supposed to call me on Tues and he replied, YES. But he got too busy with other customers. I asked him, if it was too mush for him to take 10 to 30 seconds, give me a call, and let me know that he couldn't make it. I stated that was the thoughtful thing to do. He replied , I was "STRESSED OUT" and needed psychiatric help. I couldn't believe what he had just said. I replied that as a GOOD business man, a courtesy phone call was necessary.All this time , he is speaking to me from the seat of his truck. He NEVER fully opened the door. Next, he told me that I was friendless, and didn't have ANY friends who could help me with the job.I called him to get an estimate on pressure washing my deck, and cleaning my gutters. That was in his job description in his ad in the Cadillac Review newspaper.I mean, that's his business, why would I have friends do it, when he's the supposed "PROFESSIONAL"? Out of the blue, he next told me to get (the F word). I was blown away. I call him to get an estimate, to possibly do business with Mark Prieur, he does NOT call back when he said he would, I got no call as to why I hadn't heard from him and 2 days after that, he pulls in my drive, stays in the truck, and throws multiple insults at me. Including the F word. As he closes his door puts the truck into gear to back out he finally says, and I quote, " You couldn't afford me, look at the used car you are driving".
Needless to say, I only got insulted and NO estimate. Marc Prieur and ALL BRIGHT PRESSURE WASHING, will not get a single dime from me-BUT- it's obvious he doesn't care as other reviews are very similar. He seems to treat all clients and potential clients who live out of town the same way-NO RESPECT, DISDAIN, and VULGARITY. KARMA-I hope Mark has a date with KARMA =SOON!!! read more
