They were busy "moving in" to a new place (heard this excuse multiple times) but, if you don't take care of your customers, you won't have a business for long. One bedroom with very light, low pile carpet had areas stained treated that did not come totally clean, and areas that appeared clean immediately after cleaning have "reappeared" in exactly the same place/size in a matter of a few weeks. This carpet has the "waterproof backing", so perhaps that's a factor? Not sure, But I will go back to steam cleaning for that room after one try with Chem-Dry.

He replaced it and so far , so fantastic, running perfect again. I will be going back to Wolfe for long term maintenance. He is a certified master mechanic with mercruiser!
