Thankful that they got our boat of the water (it swamped) but it went way downhill from there…read more Overcharged for parts. After 4 months we finally pulled boat and brought to new mechanic. Discovered that some work was done poorly (wires crossed, etc.) or not at all. Was told they cleaned the boat. When we pulled up the seat cushions, the water, leaves, and debris from the initial swamping was still there, and mold from 4 months of sitting. The upholstery which was pristine was also mottled with black spots. The owner was very challenging to work with. Honestly, the worst business experience we've ever had. There is more concerning how insurance was handled, but just the worst. The 2 stars is for removing the boat which was difficult work.
