Sent him a text, Adam came by the next day and we decided to ask him for an estimate on replacing the entire intake hot and cold water supply lines for the house. He gave us a great deal. While he was giving us that estimate, I also asked about installing a brand new electric water heater. He gave us a good deal on that as well. He told us he could get started the next day. Which he did. It was a two day job. But he did what was needed for us to have water again. Tankless water heater works great! His crew was always on time, respectful and kind. We did a whole house renovation on Lake Eddins in Pachuta, MS and never had one hiccup during the whole process. David kept in close contact when picking up supplies, taking pictures of the progress and full, daily reports at the end of each day. When they didn't arrive the next morning, my wife called and they said they weren't coming back. Thanks for telling us!! When I called the home warranty company, their policy is to give the contractor 48 hours to respond. Even though I told them Blair wouldn't be responsive, they do have their policy. Can't say they are any better than other electricians but a lot higher in cost. Don't mind someone making a profit just not it all on me. Will NEVER use again.
