Gave me time to explain my situation and the history of the house and chimney, as the fireplace hasn't been used in probably 30 years or more. (House has been in the family for over 60 years and now I'm responsible for it). They worked together, one cleaning, the other inspecting the outside of chimney and the inside of it. Explained everything as they went. While I know very little about chimneys or knowing what to look for, Graham went step by step with the process. Michael did a really good job of cleaning and then making sure everything was as it was when they arrived. They gave me an estimate for possible recommendations but were not at all pushy or "trying to sell" me on repairs. He explained what technically was needed and shared several options. Bottom line, I'd definitely recommend them. I have nothing to compare their work to, but based on my experience, I'd use them again for certain!
