She told the manager and he said it was fine, that she had driven through high water to get in there. Sent her back to springfield on I-44 with the car that way, didnt even look under the hood. Took to a real garage the next day and they immediately found the sensor broken. It is located right next to the oil filter housing. They also had a leaking oil drain plug and had tightened the filter housing so tight, it wont come off. I paid 250 dollars to fix what they broke. I have photos of the damage and they called me a liar. Have tried 5x to call the owner Jeff and he wont return a call to even discuss. I wouldnt take my bicycle to these guys, easy to see why they aren't working at a real garage. Cant admit they broke something and do the right thing to correct. Evidently poor business ethics starts at ownership. GO ANYWHERE ELSE BUT THIS PLACE. The same owner owns Valvoline Express Care in Springfield and Ozark. Truly cowardly and pathetic. Call me I will come change your oil before these jackwagons.
