If I could rate this negative 1 trillion million billion I would. The driver was jus about as rude as a so-called human being could act. Though whoever the dispatch was, was very friendly. Usually are but not always. I called a cab last night 5-9-18 around 9:56pm from someone else's phone. The dispatch said 20 to 30 mins. I was in the checkout line only a couple mins and the person who's phone I used came to tell me they were here that was less then 5mins. I called the dispatch while trying to get my groceries onto belt an explained to him that which was told to me about the arrival time and actual time. I was only in line maybe 10mins. I had a cart pusher help me out and waited for the cab to come back. He drove past us. Then I was putting my things in car the driver was apparently talking to someone he knew. Then when I asked him to turn the radio down bcuz I wanted to put my daughter in car so I could get carseat in he treated me like I was stupid and gonna let her sit in traffic. As I'm trying to get carseat locked into seat he asked me if I was going to put her in the carseat. I simply said well yea ive gotta get it buckeld in first. She was sitting in seat next to the carseat. At this point I was getting adjitated. Who askes that kinda question?! I finally get her in and myself buckled up and hes asking me how im going to pay, and wanted payment right then an there. I said, I already told u I had baby kittens I'm weaning I wanna get home. I've never been asked to pay before leaving where I'm picked up from. And he jus refused to drive an I didnt understand why? Then he gets an attitude an I'm already flustered then I'm shaking, I finally throw him the money then he throws it back at me an tells me tonget out. Ibe never in my life ecer done that to anyone. Which I only got 8 dollars back not 9. He was yelling at me and being very rude an saying i got rude by not giving him the money and with my 2year old child with me. He refused to take me anywhere so I had to get out unpack my child, my groceries, my carset, the other big items I purchased. I'm a single mother that is forced to take public transportation. I have never had so much trouble with anyone in my entire life. Worst of all my daughter had to experience that and see mommy all upset shaking and crying so badly. When I asked for his name he refused to give it to me and I asked 3 or 4 times. I tried leaving a voicemail but the box is full. I yried contracting them by email that didnt work, i tried 3 times. I've had problems with this company before several times but they're only 2 cabs in town now and I have no choice. This is very disapointing and uncomfortable for me to talk about. I just want to forget about it. It was a new driver a black guy he left me and my child stranded with groceries, milk and no way home. I will be telling everone I meet about my experiance. Not that it will make much of a difference. There's other people that feel that way I do but the cab company people only seem to care about making a dollar and then the drivers expect a tip on top of the 9dollar we have to pay and that's if it's one way. I'm not rich and I've never been rude to anyone like he was. Yes i lost my temper and called him a dick but only after I was made to feel worse then a dog. Called a bad mother, stupid and a liar all within a 5min time frame. This is absolutely no way to conduct business!!! read more
