The mantel went from a dated natural oak to a really modern distressed white. Our cleaning lady even commented how easy the cabinets are to clean and wanted to know what kind of paint was used! I would undeniably recommend Adam's Painting for any painting project!

He started the staircase and was having issues with the stain absorbing. He had to go get a different stain and try again. It worked. At this point he asked for an advanced payment so he could get more materials. I wrote him a check for $500.00. He came back the next day and my wife wrote him a check for another $500.00 for the final payment of the job. He was supposed to come back and paint the steps the next day. After numerous calls and texts with no response, he finally reaches out and says there was a death in the family. He said he would look at his schedule and get back with us. 3 weeks of no communication ensued. We tried calling and texting. No answer. Turns out he blocked us on Facebook and blocked our numbers. Did some research online and I wish we would've never let him in our home. So I went to his house where his wife answers the door. I told her the situation . She calls him and he tells her to tell me that he'd already done enough work for the amount we paid him. He then proceeded to tell her to tell me to file a civil suit if I felt the need. If you like zero communication and losing your money, go ahead and use Adam for your next painting project.

He came out and shared his honest thought on what we should do. We have never had professional painters before and he walked us through what to expect. We had everything from the trim to ceiling to the doors (the doors we added after we saw how bad they looked in a freshly painted room). Our house had a ton of different dark colors they had to cover they managed to do it. They also replaced several pieces of trim work. I really liked that you don't pay upfront and you don't pay until you are happy. Also their pricing is very reasonable. We got quotes from other companies and theirs was the best. Also there team was amazing, we had a family emergency while the painter were here and they dropped what they were to help me. I can't say enough about the guys they went above and beyond what a paint crew should do. Overall you can't go wrong with Pinpoint!! I would recommend them again and again.

I am updating my review of this company - initially I hired the company to do a 6-hr priority clean…read moreof my two full baths, baseboards, and kitchen. They sent two employees to get the work done in half the time. With a priority clean, the cleaners only work until the time is up, regardless of whether the room is finished. In my case, they ran out of time to finish the kitchen. I was not home when they left, and it was not communicated to me that it had not been finished. The cleaners has sprayed my microwave to clean it but had forgotten to finish it and I found it with cleaner still inside, but filthy. The range hood had been started but also not finished and still covered in grease and spots. The fridge has been cleaned on the inside but the freezer had not, and the floors were not done at all. I called and complained but did not get a response until the following day. Initially o was told that they would not be coming back out but I did receive a second call where they allowed me to express my concerns and frustration. They agreed that this was not normal customer service and they promptly sent a new cleaner out the very next day. She was very nice and professional. She went above and beyond to not only finish what the first cleaners had started but also did my blinds, touched up the baseboards, and cleaned the inside of the oven, which were all wishlist items for me but had not been accomplished due to time restraints. She made sure to walk throughout my home with me to check for my approval and asked for feedback on any items I'd like touched up. The next day, the manager called to confirm the cleaning was up to my standards. I feel that everyone makes mistakes from time to time and that this company went above and beyond to make sure I was left with a positive experience. I would recommend them to others.

After being under severe stress to get my repairs done, and before getting estimates from other subs, I reluctantly agreed to Zelle him money for "materials and some labor". Thankfully, before he started, I had another estimate with a more reliable contractor who went ahead and purchased the materials and send me a photo of the receipt. David's "materials costs" were $600, per his proposal and $800 for labor. The better contractor showed a receipt from Lowes for $70 for ALL MATERIALS!! Additionally, the contractor I went with only charged me $400 for labor!!! I immediately requested a refund from David, which he agreed to. Two days later, no refund. I texted him a few times, didn't hear anything back. I even texted him this review, no response! I will now have to file a claim with my bank. He is a total ripoff artist, liar and hounds potential clients until you agree or block him. DO NOT HIRE HIM!! BEWARE! He did no work and isn't willingly giving me my money back! $800!!!! Crazy. He shouldn't even be on Yelp.
