These guys are amazingly good. We're coming from Seattle to see our family in the Grand Canyon 60 miles outside of Kingman the transmission starts to act up In our class B RV. Between how great the staff was helping us find an experienced transmission guy at closing time.and keeping us updated constantly I'm truly impressed. They were so friendly including the guys that showed up. Top notch can't go wrong and reasonably priced. They know their job. read more

The hours say 24 hours on this listing. The guy who answers at the number listed greets me with just "Hello". I had to make sure I got the correct company. Since it is 24 hours, I had called when I got off work around 11pm to see if I can get pricing. I started to explain my situation to the guy and was going to ask for tow rates, but was cut off with, "Call me in the morning, will ya? Its so late and no one will be able to fix your car right now." Well, yeah, I knew that, but I was trying to just get prices and maybe schedule things for the following morning so that I could coordinate with the repair shop... oh well. Call A & G Towing instead. I called to arrainge a tow to have it brought to his home 16 miles mind you. First i had to confirm if this was all about towing as he did not answer naming the business. Our RV developed problems with it's slideout (wouldn't retract) in Needles, CA on September 18th. We called Good Sam Roadside Assistance, and an hour later, two men from this outfit showed up. They seemed very unfamiliar with the slideout, but after a half hour of pushing and shoving, managed to get it back in, with a recommendation to take it to a dealer. (Total time at the site, 30-40 minutes) At that point, they handed us a bill for $400 and demanded cash. We do not ordinarily carry that much cash, so they accompanied us to a nearby ATM. We were very disappointed with their policies and would never do business with them again. read more

First off I wouldn't even give this Crook a 1 star but have to give so in order to place my comments. We broke down on I-40 between Needles CA and Topock CA. After calling our Roadside Service in which they were first going to get a tow truck out to take our truck and 5th wheel to a Chrysler Dealer for our repairs (as we have a 100,000 mile drive train warranty) we were called back and told they were sending a Mobile Repair Truck out instead. Three hours later they arrived with a Serpentine Belt as we had told them the belt was shredded. But soon we find out that the water pump had failed damaging the Serpentine Belt. One man drove into Needles for the water pump and 4 gallons of water. Some 2 hours later the work was complete and paid in CASH. The man said they would not take credit cards or checks and had to drive my husband into town to get the cash. One of the things that really surprised me was when they drained our Antifreeze down the off ramp! So here's the end result with these 2 Crooks. Charged us $226 for Water Pump (Napa $108), Serpentine Belt $113 (Napa $78.64) and 4 gallons of water $15!!! Charge for their trip back $175. Chase parts 2x $175 a charge of $31.33?. So total cost $1085.33.. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY,.IT IS VERY OBVIOUS THEY PREY ON THOSE WHO TRAVEL!!! read more

My friends broke down on the way to Vegas. These guys were wonderful in both fixing the car and getting them to a rental car. I was with them picking up the car and James and Bruce were great. Holiday weekend and they were there. James brought us into the AC and made us comfortable while we waited. Wonderful knights to the rescue! ( and we are NOT young and naive). Broke down outside of Las Vegas on our way home to California. Chevy roadside assistance got a tow truck to tow our Tahoe to the nearest dealership which was back in Vegas. Bruce came out and got the vehicle to the dealership right before closing and just in time to get a rental car. He said tow truck drivers in vegas are busy and don't want to get cars that break down on the 15 outside of vegas so he came from AZ. Thanks Bruce. read more

Had a flat tire on my motor home. Took about 4 hours for a guy to come fix it. Guy complained the whole time. Didn't have the equipment with him to fix it. Put the motorhome on wood blocks to change tire, almost lost the inside tire, Put the spare on wrong, wouldn't put the beauty ring back on. Bruce kept calling him and he had to stop many times. Was there for over an hour and didn't get it put together right. Didn't have a jack or air compressor. Also left off air nozzles for airing tire and ruined a stud on the wheel. read more

On 1/11/19 Geico dispatched All About Towing to tow our RV to a Mercedes-Benz service center in Vegas from Laughlin, NV. The driver picked up the RV at 4:30pm. I received a call from Steve stating that the service center would be closed by the time he would get there and he would take it to his yard over night and would tow it to Vegas in the morning. He would need $300 for towing the overage of 75 miles that Geico covered. Of course he wanted cash. I was not in town , so I gave him a credit card number. Steve asked, what is wrong with the RV. I told him it would not go in gear. The next morning he called and said "I removed the dash and I can fix this in no time for a couple of hundred dollars and you can drive it out of the yard." I told him NO. Tow it. He said a new shifter would cost me $3,000. I told him he did not have authorization to do work on my RV. Tow it to Vegas. Later that day he said he called my warranty service and got authorization for parts. (he got all the information from paperwork left in my RV and a decal with the name of the warranty company, phone # and our service contract # on the door. This is all he needed to obtain the authorization. Steve said he needed $1,000 up front for parts, $300. towing, $150. deductible all in CASH and a signed release to begin work and I could pay the balance when the job was done. I gave him no money and I signed no release and told him to tow it to Vegas immediately, the service center was waiting for it. Steve said he already ordered the parts. I called my warranty company and informed them of what was going on. We were told that we were getting scammed and to get the RV towed out of his yard as soon as possible. I hired a reputable tow service but All About Towing refuse to release the RV without full cash payment. The police was call and a report was written. I was told that this is a civil matter and there was nothing they could do. I was told that this company has been on their radar for years but their hands are tied. There are laws here in AZ but they are unenforceable. The company knows it. Finally on 1/21 I agreed to pay $350.00 in cash for the release of the RV. We went to the yard and our RV was not there. It had been moved to another location. I told Steve that I would not give him the money until I got to inspect the RV. No deal. Money up front. I paid Steve in front of another police officer as a witness. Steve tried to give me a receipt written on back of a business card. I refused the receipt and told him I wanted the charges written on a company invoice. 20 minus later I got it without his signature. Steve was going to relock the gate until the new tow arrived and he was going to leave. With the help of the police officer, we got the RV moved to the street. When I got access to the interior, I found it completely stripped out, hub caps and other parts missing. COURT TIME!!!!!! AVOID AT ALL COST!!!!!!!! read more

Leaving Boulder Campground at Lake Mead on January 30, 2018 at 8 a.m. we started the motor home and heard an unusual noise and smelled burning rubber. Husband looked under hood and found the drive belt had broken and the front air conditioning compressor had seized up. We called Good Sam Roadside Assistance for a tow into Las Vegas for repair. GSRA said they would send out a mobile mechanic. We questioned whether this repair could be done roadside and they assured us it could and would call us back when they found someone. Cost would be $175 per hour for work done and return to shop. By 11:30 still no call so we called them. GS had already dispatched All About Auto Service... coming from Bullhead City (90 miles away). WHY??? We were less than 30 miles from Henderson/Las Vegas. His ETA was 11:38. Bruce Gorman and helper arrived at 12:30 without the compressor. We have an extended warranty and told Bruce he would need to do estimate and call for approval before beginning work. He told us he didn't want to and if we sent him home now we would owe him $600. We said he was paid by GS to get there and return trip was 1 1/2 hours @ $175 so we didn't even owe $300. He then agreed to call warranty. He gave them a guestimate ($1600-$1700) and said he would have a firm estimate next morning and would come back with all the needed parts for repair. Next morning we had not heard from Bruce by 9:30, so called him a couple times and reached him at 10:15. He said he was in Searchlight, 45 minutes from us. He had not called warranty people and said he did not have written estimate but would do it when he reached the RV while his helper tore engine for repair. We said we would call warranty with hard estimate while he was driving to us. He didn't like that idea and after discussion we stated no warranty approval, no tear down and hung up. They didn't show up until noon but had a hard estimate of $2348.40. Some discussion with warranty and approval given so they went to work. Campground did not have electricity so we ran our generator for their equipment to do Freon charge. Bruce made a couple trips to Boulder City for parts and by 4:00 they were done. Bruce had told my husband we must pay as he did not want to wait for warranty payment. If we charged with a credit card it would be an additional 20% on top of the estimate. We don't carry that kind of cash, but he was sure there were banks in Boulder City. When they started the engine the AC did not work, but by taking out a relay and jumping between connections it did, so he suggested there was a burnt or loose wire behind panel and we could take it to our RV mechanic and get it fixed. We gave him the cash thinking though he was a difficult at least the RV was fixed. WRONG Findings by Double Eagle: AC Compressor Failure (this is the new just replaced compressor) When All About Auto Service and Towing replaced compressor they FAILED TO * Put in oil * Replace receiver drier * Replace expansion valve * Remove high side pressure switch from backside of original compressor and put in new compressor-wire which hooks to this switch was found tuck up behind compressor since there was no switch for connection * Repair damaged tension idler In addition, All About Auto Service and Towing billing shows Freon used to charge system as 67 ozs. Clearly stated on sticker pasted to RV for Freon is: Maximum Freon Fill: 32 ozs Compressor price marked up 30% above normal retail as was Freon price. New compressor failed in less than 30 miles because of incorrect installation. Double Eagle tried to get hold of Bruce to honor the warranty for his compressor but he would not answer phone after initial contact. Double Eagle redid compressor repair correctly with a new compressor for $1450. read more

I blew out two tires on Highway 68 on the way to Kingman. I was stranded and called my auto club. All About Auto Service & Towing took the call and was there within 20 minutes. The tires already had 51000 miles on them so they were getting close to needing replacement. I went ahead and ordered 4 tires, and All About had them ordered and installed the next day. I got a great price, and the car runs really smoothly on them. I'm quite happy and would definitely go there again. They were friendly, fair, and treated me right. read more

Stole My Parts! My RV broke down on highway 93 just south of route 40 near Kingman Arizona. I called Good Sam and was told they would send out a mobile mechanic. An hour later I was called by Bruce Gormam who owns All About Auto Service, Towing and RV Repair. I immediately told him I needed a tow but he said he has a fully stocked truck with the needed parts. Told me he would be at my location in 1 hour. 4 hours later, he finally shows up. Without even looking at the problem he tells me the RV can't be moved or towed and that it will cost $1000 to fix (which I thought expensive). And he wanted cash. Of course he volunteered to drive me to an ATM or to my bank to get the cash. He then examined my RV then told me he didn't have the part and would be back the next morning. He then left and my wife and I spent the next 2 days in our RV which was (and I'm not kidding) 8 feet away from a HEAVILY traveled truck route. We had no electricity, no running water and only candles for light. It was really scary and dangerous. 2 days later Bruce shows up and tells me he is charging me $500 just to bring the parts out. I said "wait a minute, Good Sam is paying you". He said he had to make an extra trip because he didn't have the parts. I told him it was HIS idea to fix the rig on the road and if his truck wasn't properly stocked, it wasn't my fault. Remember I told him at the very beginning I needed a tow to a repair facility. Its like he didn't even hear me. After a few mins. he tells me that the parts that he brought were not complete and that the parts were brand new. (more on this later). So then he tells me that I should drive to an RV park and he will meet me there. I said, "wait a minute, you told me my RV cannot be driven or towed". He tells me I'll be OK if I keep it under 60 mph! Why didn't he tell me this when he first arrived on the scene? Anyway, I drive to the RV park, he follows me and tells me that I owe him $1850 and he would not proceed until I paid him in cash. I told him, who walks around with that kind of money? Anyway, since I still needed more work, he would reduce it to $1600 and, yes, I could use my Visa. Then he tells me I have to pay him a 10% sur-charge to use the Visa. I never heard of such a thing. He then takes off, tells me he will call me the next day with the additional charges. I didn't know it at the time but when I was speaking to him, his helper, Joey, took my axle, lug bolts, brake drums and brakes and puts them in his truck and drives off. The next morning Bruce calls me and tells me it will cost an additional $2400 to fix both axles!! (or $4000 total) When I told him this is highway robbery he tells me I don't have to get the repairs done but it will cost me $650 to get my parts back (this on top of the $1600 that I already paid him)! I told him I would let him know. Of course I never called him back but drove to an RV repair shop in Kingman where it now sits. When I returned home I looked at my hand written receipt that he gave me and it says "rebuilt parts", so that was a lie also. So I paid him $1600 on my Visa card with no repairs made to my RV. Folks, I am not hardly a dumb guy, but Bruce Gormam caught me at a big disadvantage and after reading these other posts it appears that he preys on RVer's or motorists who brake down on the highway. I also consider what he did to me to be theft by deception and theft of my personal property (RV parts). I have been in contact with Visa, Good Sam and this web site and I have other plans pending. I hope this lengthy post helps someone else who won't have to deal with the likes of a predator who owns All About Auto Service! read more

AN ABSOLUTE RIP-OFF!! We were RV'ing at Pirate Cove when we discovered that one of our air conditioners was not working. We were given a phone number by the front desk and when we called Bruce (owner of this fraudulent company) he requested a $175 deposit. We paid it as we thought something was wrong with our AC. He came out the next morning, stuck his tester thing in the electrical box of the campsite and said "There is a problem with the box, call Pirate Cove maintenance. Your total is $490." WHAT??? You have been here for 1 minute!!! He was paid and off he went. Good thing I didn't have an AC problem as it probably would have cost me $14,000!!! He charged $175 for parts & labor, $175 for his drive to Pirate Cove and $175 for his drive back. His business address comes up as the Riverside Casino in Laughlin. I bet he can afford to live in the Penthouse Suite with what he is charging people! Pirate Cove was furious when they found this out and will never do business with this thief EVER again! He is also the registered owner of ALL ABOUT TOWING at 2365 7th Street in Bullhead City, AZ which also happens to have very shady reviews. KARMA!! read more

These guys are a joke. They showed up to tow our big truck out of a sand filled road. After showing up with nothing for the job they just laughed and said we were f*****. After already charging my boss verbally 175$ just to accept the call they again called after seeing the job they already charged for to spend the next half hour deciding where and what they were going to do to help with no certain option to give us. We had nothing to do but wait for them. Not long after a tractor came and helped us out of the sand within 10 mins. I called to let my boss know that we made it out without the need of the tow truck. Mind you this was not even 15 minutes after the tow truck had left to go get other equipment yet still decided to charge my boss 350$ for nothing. They did not even get out of the truck to assess the job. These guys are thieves as far as I am concerned. Don't let them get your credit card information first if you do decide to use these lazy swindlers... There are a few times in my life we have ever been missed lead, and felt scared and violated, this is a bad bad business , please never use them. We broke down on Christmas vacation a minor repair to are RV but one repair that needed to be done with a special tool, we were given this guys number bye Davis camp RV park and called the guy on the phone said he new how to fix it and had the tools and was free to due it right know, so he came two miles down the rode and towed are RV to what was suppose to be his shop but turned out to be a very over piled junk yard, when we got there he looked at it and so oh I can't fix it , don't got the tool but tomorrow I can get it..He said you can stay here in his junk yard, no way it was dirty scarey and full of very sketchy looking people running around..It was only 12.30 in the afternoon, if he couldn't of fixed it he should of left us at the campground. After a not so nice conversation he suggested we go park outside of his friends shop who had the tool. We did do that,Auto king was there name and they were very nice and did fix are RV for us the next day, through a deal with all about towing service it was a scam deal and if you ever break down please due not call All About Tow Service read more

CALL ANY OTHER SERVICE!!! This company towed my vehicle then told me they were also a full service repair shop. They told me my transmission needed to be replaced. I paid them over $3,500 to do the work. They kept it for 9 days, added over 100 miles driving it, used a quarter of a tank of gas and got the entire interior filthy with grease and oil claiming that they had to test drive it. Less than 1 month later I had to take it back for the same problem. They kept it over a month with NO REPAIR PREFORMED! I had it towed to an A+ rated Aamco who informed me it was simply stuck and also that All About Towing DID NOT replace the transmission but simply SPRAY PAINTED it with silver paint. This is why they drove it so long and used the gas. I took them to court, they LOST. Then they appealed it 3 more times and lost every time. They have yet to pay me a single cent of what the courts have ordered. I have since sent the constable to their property to serve court papers but still refuse to abide by the legal rulings. This place is a joke. It took them 45 minutes to figure out that they needed a flat-bed to tow my car. That's after I already told them on the phone that is what they needed! Instead one guy comes out and tries for 35 minutes to turn the key in the ignition (whole reason I'm having it towed because I said on the phone THE KEY WON'T TURN IN THE IGNITION!) That idiot finally called another guy for a flat-bed. The cost was going to be $50.00 to tow it not even a block away! The second guy said since it took them so long to figure out how to tow it, he required an extra $10.00. I told him you can just Forget That!!!! DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. They take you to a shop way up a hill and gouge you. He wanted to charge me 2 hours of labor ($170) for a part that took 5 minutes to take off. I called my personal mechanic and he said it would be about $65 (1 hour). Then wanted to charge me $150 for parts again almost double what my mechanic would charge. I told him I was going to have my car towed to another shop, it got ugly. Since he had my car blocked in I had to call the police so that he would move it. All and all he wanted to charge me about $360. Took it to a shop up the street Bullhead Auto repair and he did the job for $218. read more

The owner of this business is a CROOK. My car would not start and was broke down in front of my house. I found this business online and called. I talked to the owner Bruce and he had came out to look at my car. He said that there could be a number of problems with my car and he wanted to have my car towed to his shop and left in a fast hurry. The tow truck showed up soon after he left and towed my car. He left me with no paperwork or even a business card. I waited till around 6 pm that same day and did not even get a call regarding my car. I called him to ask what was going on with my car and he said that he thinks it is my starter and to replace it with labor and the service call and towing would be around $700 and called me "sweetheart". I told him that it sounded like a lot of money to ask for to fix my 2013 Hyundai Elantra. I even knew it wasn't the starter because I have had starter problems in the past with prior vehicles. He told me to call him back after thinking it over and to let him know what I wanted him to do. He called me back about twenty minutes later and told me he had talked to his mechanic and said my car did start but then broke down on them. I then called an auto place and found out the starter for my car is$148. Then I called him back and told him what I found out. He said the service call and towing alone was $175. Later that night he called me back and said my car was now running and wanted $400 instead of $700 and that he was helping me out and I could pick my car up in the morning. When I got there the next day I payed the $400 and he had me sign a lot of paperwork in order to get my car back and wanted only a cash payment from me. When I read the invoice the it didn't make any sense when it explained the work they supposibly did on my car. I also noticed they washed waxed and wiped the inside down of my car. I told them I wanted to get my car fixed there not paying to have it cleaned. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND TO GO TO ANOTHER TOWING AND AUTO REPAIR PLACE OTHER THEN HERE. This also happened one week before Christmas and I am a single mom of two. After paying Bruce the money I was not even given a receipt of proof of payment but only a copy of the invoice with my signatures on the paperwork. There were no parts on my car replaced.
