The menu included lamb chops with pistachio gremolata, chicken shawarma, quinoa tabbouleh, grilled seasonal vegetables, a fresh green spring salad with oregano vinaigrette, creamy tzatziki, hummus, and warm garlic pita. Every single dish was fresh, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. Our guests couldn't stop talking about the food! The one thing I didn't picture was the baklava she made for dessert that was to die for. Beyond the amazing meal, she handled everything with such care and professionalism. The presentation was stunning, she kept the kitchen immaculate while cooking, served everything beautifully, and left the kitchen cleaner than she found it.
