It's often the family stalls, which makes it challenging when bringing a 13 month child. For months one of their swimsuit dryers has been broken. The place is dirty and signage is faded. The group lessons are the same every single week. We definitely don't feel like we are getting our money's worth from the experience. I don't think our son is any closer to learning how to swim than when he started. There are much older kids in our group lesson doing the same routine week after week. All the instructors seem to be very young - most are enthusiastic and helpful, but some lack personality and a drive to teach the children. You can only schedule a week at a time, which presents many issues as you can imagine. They're frequently booked solid; makeup lessons are a joke. Once you join, you also have to give a month's notice to cancel. This place is just terrible. Do not recommend whatsoever.

My son is normally pretty slow to warm up to new adults and he took right to Mr. Will. Their lesson went really well and my son was excited to go back! Swimming is something we'd like for him to continue doing for a long time, so having positive first experiences like this is priceless. While we were waiting in the lobby, several of the staff came up and talked to us. Everyone seemed genuinely happy to be there. At the very least no one looked like they were trudging through the day. Lastly, the entire building was meticulously clean and comfortable. I can honestly say that exceeded my expectations. All of these things combined point to the fact that this is a well run organization.

This gym may not the state of the art equipment that an LA fitness would have. However, it has absolutely everything you need to get in an excellent workout. It's two stories. They have scheduled workout classes you can take. They have plenty of after school programs for the kiddos and an area for small children to play while there parents work out. They have Year round tennis and golf. During the summer they have a pool with an on duty life guard. Overall, I highly recommend if you live in the Meade County area.

We've never taken any classes or anything, so I can't speak to that, but they have both seemed to enjoy the open gym and toddler play time. The facility is clean and they seem fairly well entertained for the price. I like that it goes from 10-2 (with the open gym part being open 12-1), as it gives us a bigger window of time to play! There are numerous trampolines, slides, foam pits, and bounce houses in the open gym part. My friend's kids really like doing the trapeze! I do wish that parents were allowed on some of the equipment with the kids, and I wish that there was just a little bit more for younger toddlers to do...but, all in all I recommend this place for running down a toddlers batteries!

This review is solely based on the schools out camps over holiday break…read more I signed my child up for camp and we were very excited about the program so I even shared with two other parents - who in turn signed each signed their children up. One child was 6, while mine was 5, but I called ahead and spoke with a kind lady who just returned from maternity leave, she confirmed the 6 yr old could join my kids 5 yr old class. Here's why it was so important that the 6 yr old join the 5 yr old class, this child medically can not get in any public pools, and the 4 and 5 yr olds do not have pool time so this worked out wonderfully. At the first day of camp, we again reminded them about the situation. Howecer, they didn't listen and had the child in the 6 yr old class, the child was terribly upset when the entire class got to swim. This all could have been avoided if they listen to our communication. My child did have a good time running around all day, but the point is that the breakdown of communication is scary and untrustworthy when dealing with a medical child.

Our kids were able play for an 1.5 hrs and later spent 30 minutes in the huge party room for presents and cake. Completing the consent form was simple and our group had 1 attendant to supervise. Parents were able to go inside the gym area but outside of it were seats for others to watch through the glass. They have plenty of parking in their lot and are located in an industrial park. Restrooms seemed well taken care of, as well as the party rooms. SIGS is a gymnastics facility throughout the week. An indoor pool and attire shop is also available.

There are table seating areas outside the glass door for snack time. Bathrooms are convenient too since it is right across the hallway. The ladies at the check-in are nice and welcoming. The only thing is that the metal that holds the pull-up bars by the front could be an issue if a kid falls. Putting foam on them (if possible), I'd feel a little better. Also there are weightlifting machines and some weights at the back very corner that could be a problem if some kids are curious or if some parents aren't quick enough. Other than that, all is good!
