This place is awesome! Let's start with the times this place opens up 0500 perfect for an early…read moreriser like me!!! The "weight room" is literally the hugest I have ever seen! FT Knox is showing out with this gym!!! I mean nothing but the best for soldiers and I love love it! This gym has a cardio area upstairs with anything you can think of. It also has an indoor walking /running track. It's really great equipment. It almost looks brand new. I haven't been to any other gyms here on the installation but honestly after seeing this place I don't need anything else. The only down fall is that they are not open on the weekends. But I usually do cardio on those days and there is plenty here in the hotel for that so no biggie. There is also a huge basketball court as you enter the gym. It's well maintained! Finally there is a SAuna!!!!! I say again there is a sauna!!!! Wayyyyy to go MWR !! Like I said this gym is showing out " that is slang for being awesome" by the way. Hours are Monday through Friday 0500-2100hrs great if you are an early riser like me! I am really happy with it:-) this place gets five stars from this three time elite!

It's a good gym but a little small for the amount of people that go in. I usually go in around 5 in…read morethe afternoon when it gets pretty packed. They could use more squat racks in the lifting room and get rid of the non motorized treadmills I've never seen one person use them. The staff there is pretty relax and nice. It can get pretty hot in there but I guess that's Kentucky for you. Other than that I've had fun at this gym.

There is a large pavilion with concession stands and restrooms at it's at the center. There is a field on each of the four corners. All very professional looking -- and nicer than a small private college might have. On the outskirts of the park there is a large pavilion. It's covered, has picnic tables and for grills, and could easily fit 2 to 300 people seated, more if standing. Right next to pavilion is a small splash park. Next to the splash park, a playground, and next to the playground is the most professional, teeny tiny baseball field I have ever seen. It's a caged in baseball field for probably three-year-olds. It is adorable!! If you follow the paved blacktop path to the other side of the property, over the bridge that runs a top the creek, you'll find yet another multipurpose field. This seems to be used for both football and soccer. Just before the bridge to the football field, the blacktop path splits off. I didn't wander this path, but there is a split on both sides of the bridge. This makes me think that possibly this is a small loop of a path just in the middle of the park. I didn't have time to walk this today, so I'm not sure where it leads. Though the fields are super nice, they are not for public play. It is well posted that you cannot practice or use the fields without explicit permission from the J town baseball whatever. This seems like a great place to come watch or play youth baseball, football, soccer. But, based on the niceties, amenities, maintenance, security, and signage, I think you will definitely pay a hefty league fee to be a part of one of these teams.
