Everything was sparking clean and fresh. The waiting area had a coffee machine and cookies, there is also bottled water available. The owner Lisa has been a stylist for over a decade and is very responsive in discussing what you want to do with your hair, and then in producing an amazing product. A native to the area, she was also quite pleasant to talk to for an hour.
