Their new optician, Matt Rozbosom (?) is so friendly and never made me feel rushed even though he was short staffed. He took his time and explained everything in detail. Even saved me money! What a pleasure to have a doctor take their time to address your concerns! Dr. Jeff Starr is clearly knowledgeable in his field and he's very patient. (I was having an unusual issue that was making contact lens wear uncomfortable. He solved the issue AND patiently had me try various lenses for comfort over a length of time before I decided which worked best.) I've worn glasses for over 40-years so I've seen many a doctor.
