She also has a good variety of bagged treats, toys, leashes and harnesses, and even some food. The owner was very sweet and helpful, and even gave us a couple of small treats to go. Woofie's is also easy to get in touch with via phone, text, or email. Second, they provide an update with pictures, notes, arrival and departure time, and GPS tracking of where all the sitter (and your dog) went while they were there. This is in addition to the email notifications you get letting you know they're on their way. The sitters themselves are all great! They are all very caring and careful and I think they love our pets as much as we love our pets!! ^_^ They go above and beyond - we asked if they could please roll in our trash cans, done! They did some dishes since they were using a lot of spoons to feed the cats, and even washed some extra things we had left in the sink!! They swept up after dog hair went everywhere after a lot of puppy cuddles were handed out. Brought in mail and did everything else on our already long list for taking care of 4 animals for a week!! When traveling home yesterday, we had a missed connection and ended up being gone for 5 hours more than planned, and Woofie's was able to send someone over with no notice to let our doggo out one more time. We found a bird washed up on the beach that was in bad shape and we called this shelter for help…read moresince we had no idea what to do. She talked us through it and helped us take care of the poor bird until we could bring it to her. Once there the bird sadly passed away on the trip over due to being underfed and really under weight (it's supposed to weight 900g but was only at 300g). She then told us all about the bird and showed us around the other birds in critical care that she was taking care of. She knows what she's doing and is doing an amazing job taking care of all these unfortunate birds.
