Stephanie Howard handled a closing for a property owned by my stepfather. He shortly thereafter passed away. My mother found the check and called Stephanie asking her how to proceed since the check was made out to him. In her grief she didn't know any better and probably should have consulted an attorney but she trusted Stephanie when Stephanie told her to mail it back to her office, and that she would immediately re-issue the check to my mother - who is the estate holder. That was ONE YEAR AGO. My sisters and I have called Stephanie numerous times and every time we call she says, "Oh ... it's on my desk, I'm sending it right now." Liar. My mother has not yet received it. Our congressman's office told us that Stephanie, as a professional, would have known that all my mother would need to do is sign the back and deposit it. My mother never needed to send that check back to Stephanie, and Stephanie knew that very well when she took advantage of my mothers grief and confusion after the passing of her husband. My mother is tired of waiting. We have contacted our state officials and police department in Florida and we're going to file a complaint against Stephanie formally. And if we have to contract an attorney to sue her we will do that. But in the meantime just know that you should not trust someone who KEEPS money THAT BELONGS TO OTHER PEOPLE, especially our most vulnerable citizens. Shame on you All About Closing, Inc, refusing to give a widow her money, and ignoring calls from her and her daughters to pay her the money you owe her. You are unethical for keeping money that is not yours. Give Mrs. Rusciano her funds, Stephanie. You lied to her so you could keep that money for yourself. read more

I have used All About Closing a few times over the past several years for my closings. I have also referred countless clients due to their professional, hard working nature. I read another review posted recently and was absolutely appalled by this man's accusations about this company. All About Closing definitely follows compliance guidelines which may be why this person is upset- he could not get them to bend their rules. I along with many others who have utilized their company, have NEVER had an issue with them. It appears this man has a serious personal problem with bashing companies and making false accusations as he has left multiple negative reviews on Google and Yelp for other local businesses. It is unfortunate that people can be so nasty that they take the time to PUBLICLY DEFAME AND POST A LIBEL about hardworking businesses. Do not allow this one person's negative review to deter you from the fact that All About Closing has done over 10,000 closings in 7 years without a single claim with the State of Florida and has been recognized as the Top Title Agent in Florida for 2014, 2015, 2016, and 2017 according to their website. I live in a different state, on closing day I had a few questions, it took them so long to call me back that closing didn't happen because they "were busy with a lot of closings, it's the beginning of the month". The bank gave me the wrong wire info so my money did not end up in my account on Thursday. Friday morning I called and gave them the correct info and was told the money will be in my account by 6 p.m.. Needless to say the money wasn't there and they were closed until Monday. I left a message so they would get back to me first thing Monday. I called them a few times Monday morning no answer, no answer and no answer. I emailed them and got an immediate response. They said they have the wrong info still, but 3 hours later the money was in my account and I didn't give them the account information again. The owner is rude and has excuses for everything. She also claims I did not call her so I took a screen shot and sent it to her which she didn't like and her response was if I gave her the correct info in the beginning then I would have had my money on Thursday. read more
