He pulled as many comps as he could and ran through a checklist of things that may increase the value: hurricane impact windows, new kitchen, new roof, etc. and also warned me about potential hiccups, such as half of the fence was knocked down in the backyard. For those of you who don't know much about global entry: when your coming from traveling aboard, the part where you get stuck with long lines in customs etc. In Miami airport, it's usually a nightmare. Those 1-2 hours I want back in my life because I hate lines and waiting. Well I'm glad they have this global entry section. Once you get global entry approved your also pre TSA approved. No more taking off shoes, belts etc. The cost of global entry process is $100 but your global entry card is valid for 5 years. You apply for it online and then you are set up with a in person interview. For the interview you need to take your drivers license and passport. They will ask you a few personal questions regarding your : travels, age, occupation, if you have been arrested etc. This interview was painless and took less than 10 minutes. They take your photo and finger printing. And send your card afterwards in about a week or so. I would recommend getting global entry done to all travelers who love to travel at least once a year. It's seems like the hassle free way of traveling. Safe travels.~
