I was so overwhelmed with my kids' play area --…read moreI am not exaggerating when I say there were Legos covering every single surface in that room. I had no idea where to start to try to get the place under control, and their arts and craft supplies were spilling out all over the house as well. Becca provided us with an estimated timeframe and even came in under it. She not only decluttered the space, but separated items into trash and donate bins, reorganized everything we had, labeled it all, and came up with some really innovative solutions for my kids' markers and craft supplies. Truly the best money we've ever spent. My husband kept saying we could do it ourselves, but honestly -- who has the time or emotional bandwidth for that? And Becca came up with solutions we never would have thought of. Our space has been operating smoothly for several weeks now. It's so easy for the kids to access their things and clean up afterward, and everyone is happier. Items are actually being used instead of getting lost in the jumble, and they're being put away quickly. It has eliminated so much clutter in our house, and that makes all of our brains happier! We're already planning to have her come back to work on a few more projects in other areas of our home, and we've recommended her to all of our friends.

Everything has piled up in these years and we didn't know where to start and frankly would not have started if it weren't with Jenny's help. (Quite honestly we were embarrassed to ask for help but we were desperate) Jenny walked into our basement with no judgement; our embarrassment/self consciousness disappeared. She worked in a fast paced and motivated manner yet respected our feelings when sorting through sentimental items. Jenny started out by categorizing items as well designating areas of the basement into specific sections (donate, discard, keep). She then organized/labeled all "keep" items in bins based on categories. We finally can walk in our basement and easily locate items especially for certain seasons and holidays. From the start, Natalie was incredibly helpful and professional. Even before our session, she provided thoughtful tips and guidance that helped us mentally prepare for the process. When she arrived, she took the time to walk through each area of our home, really understanding our daily routines before getting to work. Her approach was meticulous and intentional--she carefully went through each of our belongings, helping us decide what to keep, what to purge, and how to reorganize in a way that made sense for both of us. She is an absolute game-changer. Natalie has an incredible ability to survey a new space quickly, assess what you have, overlay your feedback, and optimize a layout. The efficiency of her organization is only closely approximated by the efficiency of Natalie herself. While personable and engaging, Natalie is also incredibly efficient. On one project, we moved through years of old clothes and an entire home in two days. With her uncanny, natural ability to process disarray/discordance and her broad experience with small and large spaces alike, Natalie almost instantly "knows" what's going on, provides a suggestion and helps execute the remediation. I have worked with other organizers, and no one comes close to Natalie. Other organizers focus on one of the following: aesthetics (without functionality), purging (without organization) or organization (without purging). Natalie manages to organize your home by providing thoughtful suggestions to help thin out duplicative or unnecessary items (if needed) and establishing a functional system that enables you to maintain the organization indefinitely. We needed a system and had not made space for the baby. I was very frazzled. Nina had a big challenge with us - organize everything into a system that worked for us, and create storage since we didn't want to get a storage unit. We usually don't have people over, especially to inspect everything closely. Nina made me so comfortable that I really felt like she was my friend! Over about 2 days, she made sure I rested while we talked motherhood. I loved it. We felt so comfortable that we went and got burgers at one point. Nina and her team guided us through going through our things to donate (basically being our therapists lol), and took them to donation sites for us. We told her what we needed for each space and what items we used most often to have them easily accessible. Then they went to work. Sorting, folding, organizing, building shelves and enhancing our space. We had some built in elfa shelves and she put them to maximum use. Nina created a storage unit under our bed by using lifts and these great giant cubes for clothes. The best part was them figuring out where we could put our baby's crib and items in our room. I'll never forget Nina's partner building our crib. It was the biggest weight off my shoulders and was such a luxurious and special experience. Nina even came back another day to touch up some places and organize our kitchen cabinets. Everything was transparent price-wise, and I was comfortable with everything purchased. Nina suggested items and then we decided if we wanted them or not, or she suggested alternatives. They were delivered to us and she set it all up. Seamless. This system served as a guide that gave us structure and one less huge thing to take care of during our first year as a family of 3. It allowed us to focus on baby. Emy was immediately responsive, surveyed the house, and collaborated with me on a plan of action. Armed only with a rough outline of what to keep/toss, she and her AMAZING crew cleared out, organized, and thoroughly cleaned a 2400sq ft house in just 1 day. I'm still in awe. If Crystal Clean can do that, imagine what they could do for a normal situation. Big or small, Emy's team is the one to hire. I can't recommend them highly enough.

    We hired Crystal Clean to clean up our new home that was dusty from sitting vacant since the…read morebeginning of summer. Emy came out to survey the home and found it odd that we wanted the place to just be quick cleaned before any work done to the house. We are not doing any major renovations just teardown of kitchen cabinets replaced with new ones (the counter top and sink were all staying), basement (foundation, HVAC) and roof was going to be done as well. My husband and I will be staying in the house during these construction work and I have terrible allergies which I should of mentioned but I found Emy a bit intimidating. She found our request to be very odd since folks usually request cleaning before move in not before any type of construction done. It made me a bit uncomfortable and honestly it wasn't an odd request since she walked around and noted how dirty some things were. Either way my husband and I really liked the customer testimonials and pictures on their website so we hired them. $600 was the quote we got and we thought it was fair since we really wanted a lot of the dust and dirt gone for a 2,200 square foot home. Emy scheduled us immediately even though she said the day she put us down for that her crew is pretty busy. Again we trusted her. The day of the cleaning schedule came and only one guy showed up at 10:30am . He said he wanted to set up for the crew and that the crew will come help him a little later. Well at around 3pm, my husband told me the rest of the crew was a no show and they will not be helping this poor guy. I wasn't present for the cleaning because again I have allergies and wanted to avoid all the dust and debris being shuffled around during cleaning. The amazing solo cleaner (I was so upset that my husband did not catch his name) did an amazing QUICK cleaning throughout the house. He got every spot we requested during Emy's consultation and he finished everything in about 5 hours. I'm glad this was not a deep cleaning job because I would of been extremely upset knowing one guy was doing all this hard work at such limited time when it's suppose to be a crew of people. I wanted to give them 3 stars but the solo worker earned them the extra star. I'd give the guy 10 stars and Emy's terrible scheduling 1 star, we didn't get the crew that she had promised us. We are happy with the work this awesome gentleman did for our house but unfortunately will not be rehiring Crystal Clean ever again. The next cleaning we wanted them for was before move in but after this experience and seeing how much stressed they put their workers through, we will look elsewhere. They also don't hand out receipts after the work is done. it was very unsettling paying cash and not getting any type of receipt.
