Choosing chiropractic care is a very important decision. when you go to a Primary Care Physician or urgent Care complaining of back and neck issues the first thing you'll receive is a prescription for a pill. You will be continuously taking medicine to numb the pain without seeing the issue or fixing the problem! At Salama Chiropractic Center I was able to see an x-ray of the pinched nerve in my back and the reason behind my stiff neck. The office location is very convenient right on wendover in greensboro. A few highlights to mention are x-rays are completed in-house which was extremely important to me for fast results and billing purposes. In the first office visit you will meet the billing team to discuss insurance and payments so you won't have any surprises. They have already spoken with your insurance so they know how many visits you receive for the year and copay information. Not to mention you receive a goodie bag with a free ice pack which adds an extra touch of service. Dr. Salama has excellent bedside manner and always greets you with a smile. He takes his time to chat with you and will answer as many questions as you wish. He takes his time to break down the significance of treatment, discussing things such as your posture, types of shoes you are wearing, day to day activities that could be detrimental to your body and treatment. After the first 3 visits I noticed a significant difference. I no longer need to take ibuprofen or other prescription medications for my neck and back. I am now able to walk around more and carry out my day-to-day life without constantly having to sit down and feeling tired. Called the office as soon as I could and they took all my information and details of the events. The nurse would call back with an appointment that afternoon. 32 hours later (the next day at 4pm) the nurse calls with many questions about what is going on then asks to put me on hold so she can read my records. The result was "I will talk to the Dr to decide next steps" and no appointment as requested and no resolution and we are heading towards 48 hours since my request.

When I requested a phone call from their on-call provider I waited five hours and got an arrogant rude lecture on the proper use of on-call services. Never asked my name, not one question about symptoms or medical history. There are much better options for gastro care than this very unhappy group. I would never recommend this medical group to anyone. I use other specialists within Eagle and have nothing but good things to say about them, the GI group is an exception to the usually excellent care I've received.

Dr. Crealese comes out once he is available (which is usually very quick unless he is with another patient). He talks to you about your pain, your alignment needs, what could be causing it, etc. I've had some awful experiences at big-name chiropractic offices, including inappropriate sexual advances from a male chiropractor. The lady at Dr. Wolff's office set up the appointment and specifically told me that I was to take my son to the ARMC hospital the day of the appointment, to have COVID testing done and to speak with an anesthesiologist. Well on the day of the appointment, the hospital had no knowledge of the appointment. I had to call back and forth from the hospital to Dr. Wolff's office to find the issue. The lady at Dr. Wolff's office realized that she made a mistake and did not inform us correctly that the appointment was not suppose to be in person BUT over the phone appointment. Mind you, we had not received a call the morning of his appointment, my husband drove my son out to the hospital and sat in the waiting room where COVID is still going around, the hospital has no knowledge of the appointment, it was suppose to be a phone call appointment, and get this!! The best part was......we were told the appointment was suppose to actually be the next day. We were beyond frustrated at this point that me and my husband canceled the appointment and left the appointment. Then on top of that. I write a review on google and Dr. Wolff shifts blame saying that my husband walked out because of the $500 deductible we were asked to pay and Dr. Wolff is not employed by ARMC and he shouldn't be blamed for their concerns. Trust me, we knew the costs way ahead of time so we were prepared for that going on in and for Dr. Wolff to try to blame ARMC for his office staff's own mistake is wrong! ARMC had NO dog in the fight. So rather than taking the blame himself and for his staff, he blames everyone else. So the real issue here is Dr. Wolff. Stay away from this place. He doesn't provide true patient care.
