She goes above and beyond and I really look forward to the photos she sends me daily. My cat looks forward to seeing her everyday too! She is very reasonably priced, reliable and trustworthy. This explains why i rarely go on a real vacation Whenever i have gone away i have been fortunate to have someone stay in my home with him. I moved back here 3 months ago and had a chance to go away last weekend BUT...what to do about my kid? I dont have a sitter yet and friends and family are too far away to stay over. Boarding him was NOT an Option. I found BCC and reached out to Dania. She was totally amazing! Came to the house to meet J - we went for a walk together so she could see what a brat he is and she told me about her company and the sitters who work for her. To say Dania LOVES animals is an understatement. U can tell how passionate she is about their well-being and you just know that she would never have anyone on her staff that she wouldn't trust to take care of her own kids. Mind you this was only 3days before i was hoping to go away. I asked if she would be able to accommodate and she didnt even blink! She set up meet and greets for me with a couple of her sitters and they were both awesome. Kimberly is the one who drew the short straw with J . I hope shes ok but i can report that She spoiled him more than i do! She even let him sleep with her and he IS a blanket hog Dania and Kimberley were super respectful of my home AND Dania's is the first sitter service i've had that provided me a copy of her insurance and DL as well as the girls'. I didnt even need to ask. Kimberley walked J in the am gave him breakfast returned for midday walk then back for dinner, walk and bedtime. She even fed my chatty cockatiel AND washed dishes WHAT??? Dania Kimberley and I were in contact through the weekend via text and Kimberley sent several pics of THE KING! BCC also offers daily walks which we will be using on days I need to be in the office. Payment is easy - Dania sends invoice and offers several ways to pay (we used Paypal). Now that i've found BCC im going to be taking more vacations!!! As for J? He keeps hinting that he cant wait until i go away again - hes staring at my suitcase as i write this review. Thanks Dania!!

I've been out of town several times and my dog was wonderfully taken care of. They made sure he was never bored or lonely and even brought him baked treats. I never worry when he's with them. They're genuine, fair, thoughtful, and honest dog-loving people. I'd recommend them to anyone and everyone!

My Experience With This Business…read more I am leaving this review because I believe customers and members of the community deserve to know how they may be treated when a problem arises. I had a situation involving my personal property that I was trying to resolve. I contacted the police and the property room to determine whether my belongings had been recovered or turned in. After making those inquiries, I was unable to locate my property there. I then attempted to communicate with the owner because I believed she might have information that could help clarify what happened. Instead of having a calm and professional conversation, I was met with extremely disrespectful and hostile communication. During our interaction, she resorted to personal attacks and name-calling, including calling me an "idiot," "dumbass," and making insulting comments about my character. She also told me to "STFU" and used profanity toward me. There is a major difference between disagreeing with someone and personally attacking them. I never expected special treatment--I expected basic courtesy, professionalism, and a reasonable attempt to communicate about a situation involving my property. What concerns me most is that this was not simply a disagreement about opinions or customer service. I was trying to get answers regarding my belongings, and instead of keeping the conversation professional, the situation became personal and disrespectful. I have documentation of the communication, including a video recording, so I am not making these statements based solely on memory or hearsay. I am sharing my experience so that others can make an informed decision for themselves. As someone operating a business that interacts with members of the public, I believe professionalism should continue even when there is a disagreement or frustration. People should be able to raise legitimate concerns without being belittled, cursed at, or attacked personally. I am not posting this review to harass anyone or create unnecessary drama. I simply want my experience documented. I would have much rather seen this handled respectfully and professionally from the beginning.

Great service here! Although they were, at the time reserved and very busy, they took the time to speak with me on the phone and go over everything with what they did with the pups and how they took care of them each individually and very conscientiously and with great care and I was very impressed with their service and the level of care they provided for the pet parents' fur babies. They reassured me that they would do everything possible to make sure he was extremely well taken care of and that his separation anxiety was also addressed while his mom was away on business so that way when she came home he would be a better puppy and most likely to react as strongly when she went away the next time. I like that they have specific program just for separation anxiety to calm the pets as well, you can tell they take a lot of pride in their work and really care about the animals and that the customers are happy with the great level of care they provide for their babies. I would recommend this place because I would even choose this place myself for my pets, if I were ever visiting there in Jersey City that is, and that really says a lot.

Also 4 out of the 6 schedule visits the sitters showed up more than two hours late. On top of that the tracking app and check-in and check-out scans were very conveniently "not working " luckily we have a home security system that records the times they were there. In one occasion we also noticed they didn't bother to clean the litter box so we had to contact their boss and make them go back to clean it. How ridiculous I am doing that so called bosses job. Not to mention the sitter looked in boxes that looked like jewelry boxes luckily we had hid those away beforehand. So if you are ok with all this go for it. Otherwise you are better off getting someone off the street to pet sit for you. No it is not a mistake. I literately spoke to Pedro over the phone and he made up excuses and he still charged me. I'm adding the payment I made. I can't believe they have no shame. Specially after being so negligent, wow, everyone stay away this is the type of people you let in your home.

The thing about leaving your pets behind is that you are always worried no one can care for them the way you do. Sylvia has put that thought in my mind to rest!! Needless to say I was anxious. After a debacle of missing house keys and nervously wondering if my baby was safe, Sylvia came to my rescue and calmed me while I was on the other side of the planet. She got my house locks changed and sent me a lot of videos and pics of my Deanna and only left when she wAs sure that my baby is safe and happy. This is exactly the kind of care all pet parents look for when we call for pet sitters. I can now rest peacefully (and I hadn't for 48 hours due to jet lag and the whole missing keys disaster) knowing my baby is in such good hands. Thank you Sylvia and Like home pet care!! I am so so happy I chose your services!! I give my own gold stars cuz that's what they deserve :)

Since we've trusted K9 Nanni for daycare with our older dog for years, it was an easy decision to turn to them for training. Ashley, their head trainer, was incredible--she kept us informed with daily updates, photos, and videos, and met with us weekly to review Nora's progress and teach us how to continue her training at home. Nora came back still the sweet, loving puppy we adore, but now she's confident, calm, well-socialized, and an amazing listener. The entire team genuinely cares about the dogs, and it shows.
