The filters hadn't been changed since 2021, and the tank had completely lost pressure. I immediately changed the old filter, but the system was still not working well and the whole setup was just on its last legs. Richard and Greg came out and immediately offered to swap the tank just to see if it would salvage the old unit. When we realized the GE system wasn't worth sinking money into, we decided to upgrade and had Richard install one of his own systems. The installation was unbelievably fast, clean, and seamless. Beyond the quick service, not only are Richard and Greg incredibly knowledgeable, but they are also super nice and funny. We had a lot of laughs while learning more about drinking water and getting thoroughly educated on the new unit. We even opted to add an alkaline filter, and the difference is night and day. Now we have incredible, crisp-tasting water running straight to both our sink and our fridge, and we love it. Their pricing was exceptionally fair. I honestly expected the whole ordeal to cost a fortune, but it was completely reasonable. We couldn't be happier with the results, and we will definitely have them come back out for all of our future reverse osmosis needs. Highly, highly recommend!

We cannot recommend Ray and Shohreh ENOUGH!!…read more We purchased our Kangen machine a few months ago, and after recently moving into our new apartment, we needed help reinstalling it. And let me tell you, we are SO happy we found these two!! During the installation, Ray discovered that the person who originally installed our machine at our previous apartment had done it completely wrong! They had removed our dishwasher's air gap to install the machine, which Ray explained was a plumbing code violation and a potential health HAZARD. We put -two and two together because when we were at our old place we ALWAYS wondered why our dishwasher would smell and flood... so honestly relieved that nothing bad had happened while we were living there! The CRAZIEST part? We almost hired that same installer again and they took FOREVER to schedule which is why we are GRATEFUL we found Ray and Shohreh for the Kangen Installation!! Talk about everything happening for a reason! (GENUINELY WATCH OUT FOR THIS... there are people in the business that are NOT looking out for your health.) Also they were incredibly responsive and accommodating! From the moment my Fiance and I reached out to inquire about the installation, they got back to us that same day, and it just so happened that they were able to come out and install our machine the same day too!! Talk about amazing customer service. The entire process was seamless and easy, and we truly appreciated how quickly they were able to help us! Beyond the installation, Shohreh's knowledge about Kangen is absolutely incredible! We learned SO much about our machine that we didn't even know before, despite already owning it for months. You can genuinely tell how passionate and knowledgeable they are about what they do. And to top it all off, they are just the SWEETEST people!! They even surprised us with extra Kangen goodies, including soap and turmeric. It's those thoughtful little touches that make the entire experience even more special. Ray and Shohreh have officially become one of our GO-TO people for anything Kangen-related, and we will absolutely be referring them to anyone interested in Kangen water or needing an installation! It's rare to come across people who are not only incredibly knowledgeable and professional but also genuinely kind and caring. THANK YOU BOTH SO MUCH!! We are beyond appreciative we found you! HIGHLY, HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

That is what we got with carbon filtration and water softening. If you live in Southern California, you know what I am talking about. I really wish we'd installed it years ago. If you own your home, investing in a good system can improve resale value. After a lot of research and discussions with several service providers, we went with Pure Water Filtration. Brandon came to the house and designed a system that would work with our plumbing situation. Unlike others who came by, he recognized a potential issue and offered a reasonable solution. He did not try to upsell us (again, unlike others). They use Clack Systems, so there is no lock-in to a particular system. Maintenance is minimal (add "salt" every so often). Brandon and his assistant showed up for installation as planned. With minimal fuss, the unit was installed within a couple of hours. We went about 90 minutes without water. Once the unit started functioning, the difference was immediately noticeable. Service, price, and performance are why you should choose Pure Water Filtration. We could not be happier.

I recently had a situation where the salt was not going down in my brine tank and the water didn't feel soft in the shower any longer. He verbalized to me over text what amounted to a five minute fix. Just don't find people in this world today who are that kind anymore and I greatly appreciate Brandon and Pure Water Filtration for their kindness. The lady that answered said she would forward my info to an Oscar. Oscar called me about an hour later and went over the entire system and the cost. The installer came around 11am and took about 8 hours to install the entire system. His install time too longer than originally quoted but I'm glad he took his time and didn't miss any steps. When it was all done he educated me on the entire system. It's pretty much a set it and forget it system except for maintaining certain salt levels. Within days I felt the difference in my skin. It wasn't as dry as before and the water really did feel soft. Highly recommend them!!

The set the expectations and we didn't have to do anything. It took us about a couple hours where we couldn't use the water but then all we had to do is flush out the air from the new system. It's the third day now and everything is working great. WHY WE CHANGED: Just got tired of increasing monthly rates and having to open the garage for the techs to switch out the tanks. He recommended a complete system including water softening, filtration, and reverse osmosis. My wife and I decided against water softening due to the "slimy" feel of the water when bathing, physical upkeep of maintaining salt levels, and the harm it would cause to our garden. Brad noted that a bypass could be added to prevent soft water from being used in the garden. In the end, we ordered a no scale, no salt, two tank filtration system. Brad gave me an informal quote during the consultation and said a formal contract would be sent by his office manager. I was shocked that the quote was about sixty percent lower than another quote from our plumber. I later learned that the system equipment quoted by our plumber and Pro Water Solutions were built by the same manufacturer. The office manager Crystal sent us a contact which matched Brad's quote. We scheduled an installation date and I paid the required $500 refundable deposit. A week later, technicians Gonzalo and Eric came out to the house to install the system. The men were friendly, respectful and experienced. They performed excellent work and gave us instructions on how to get started. We are now looking forward to healthier water, the elimination of scale, and the long term health and performance of our pipes and water heater.
