I bought their whipped lemon honey and it was DELICIOUS. Best honey I've EVER had. I want more. Really hope you'll ship.

The earlier visit was definitely less crowded, but both times were totally manageable and enjoyable. The vibes are fantastic, and it's right near a park where you can sit, relax, and enjoy whatever treats you pick up. There's a great mix of vendors and everything feels well curated. Some favorites were Chaupain and their yogurt cart, Saigon Coffee, Down to Ferment Hot Sauce, and Gold Coast Mede. Lots of great tasting experiences and super friendly vendors who are happy to chat. Parking nearby was easy too, which is always a plus. Highly recommend making this part of your Saturday routine.

It has several vendors, but they are too tightly crammed together, and the narrow gap to walk past them is way too small. People bring giant strollers that fit 2-4 kids and they take up the whole walkway. The whole thing is a giant cluster and whoever came up with the logistics needs to be reassigned. There are a mix of vendors selling items, making food (breakfast lunch), chiropractors, cookie companies, salsa companies, etc. OF course there are some farmers with their fruits and veggies and there are also people selling fresh fish. There are some good options if you can find parking, deal with the chaos and crowd, and the train bells. I know it is on Saturdays from like 8 am - 2 pm, but I am not sure if it is every weekend or just certain weekends.

No. My wife picked up a spicy tuna roll there for her lunch, for $13.99 which is $5.00 more than at any good sushi restaurant around. She ate one piece and could not take another bite. Every once in a while I pick up sushi at the Albertson's in Rancho Bernardo where we live, and pay $9.00- $13.00 depending on the roll and it is so much better. I got a turkey and gouda wrap for $13.98 and it was soggy and tasteless. Only thing I could taste was the sprouts in the wrap. Funny thing is the guacamole is the same price as a whole lemon pepper rotisserie chicken at Jimbo's. Having that chicken tonight for dinner, but not worried about that as I have a backup plan in case that is not good. This was my first and last time going to Jimbo's. Both my wife and myself are totally disappointed with our experience. Sorry Jimbo's but just speaking from our stomachs.

Unfortunately, the weather was cloudy and drizzly but it didn't put a damper to the PQ residents. Although there were less than a dozen booths and 1 food truck, there were so many people supporting this outdoor market! So excited for PQ to have their own FM. I spoke to a couple residents and they said it was a long time coming and they were super excited for it. The most popular booth was the pita and hummus booth (surprise surprise!). Lots of free samples and the guy who runs the booth is really nice. You can get 3 items for about $13. Today was the first day, but it'll be every Sat and I can just see this FM blow up in the summer! It's going to be packed since they have the entire parking lot to play with. Located behind the Vons shopping center and there is ample and free street parking. Eat and buy local!

I think they need to work more on marketing so that it will attract not just other vendors, but more foot traffic They only have a total of maybe a dozen stands/vendors if that and I'm hoping they stick around as it grows in interest. My favorite things i found there were the humus and pita chips and the fresh squeezed orange juice.

I love going to supermarkets and especially ones that I am not familiar with and like to explore and discover new things to try. This market is fairly small and it had basically two aisles but its filled from floor to ceiling with Russian and Eastern European goods. The front deli case has all the smoked fish you want and also plenty of different kinds of sausages too. And since its the holidays, there are also plenty of fun chocolates and gift items! I chose to buy some rusk bread crisps (salmon and cheese flavored) and Russian style egg salad. Both were good! I didnt know what to expect with Russian style egg salad as it has cheese and fresh garlic in it, so I was a little worried if I didnt like it, but good thing is that I definitely liked it and can definitely pair them with some Carr crackers as a snack! Almost everyone in here was speaking Russian and I definitely felt like a weirdo in there but everyone was nice to me and welcoming. My only gripe is that the rusk crisp was labeled as $1.99 and I was charged $2.50. Id come back here again and try other things too next time.

The food orders kept the kitchen busy as well and we expected the wait time to be longer than normal. The couple that run this stand are very friendly and accommodating. First time enjoying their dishes, so we shared a Raclette Works: melted cheese over both toasty baguette /and/ fork-tender potatoes. I also wanted to try the special topping of savory chorizo & habanero honey on The Classic Raclette plate. All dishes included mini gherkins and pearl onions. Both condiments provided textural crunchiness, with spicy sweet pickles and tangy pickled onions. Towards the end of the evening after several pints, friend Dave asked about a custom plate. He wanted a Raclette Sandwich plus bratwurst. Why stop there? I suggested the special topping add-on. Dave got his prosciutto, brat, and chorizo, with everything else sandwich.
