Lots of younger customers and couples vs adults in the store. No line out the door like before. I like the tinier version of labubus. I decided to add number 7 to my tiny collection. Service was very friendly and the machines are clean and in great shape. Kawaii House isn't huge but we found more than enough interesting things to play. Plushies are cute with a variety of characters and items. Their guaranteed policy de-risks playing and spending money here since you know you'll be able to walk away with something!

The Customer service was amazing. The gentlemen working told me that it's a guarantee 2 plushy win, if not we can keep trying or just let him know what one we want. My son had a hard time getting a plushy he's only 4, but the gentlemen came by and set up the plushy for him to make it easier so My son could win. He had a blast and it was a joy to see him so happy being able to win a claw machine on his own! You can upgrade your plushy for bigger one but it has to be same day. We'll be back for more!

There's a great range of both high-end (Hermes, Chanel, Tiffany, Carolina Herrera, etc) and affordable (Uniqlo, H&M) shopping along with both expensive and fast-casual dining. I love going to Marugame Udon for lunch and grabbing a quick bite, or Haidilao for hot pot if I want something a little nicer. There's also a VERY popular Din Tai Fung here. In addition, there's a food court with some fast food options, a Shake Shack, etc. It's a beautifully maintained and designed outdoor mall with plenty of space to sit and lots of kiosks where you can get coffee or small treats. They have such an amazing variety of items, including some fantastic retired, still-in-the-box sets that were so fun to browse. They also had a huge selection of mini figures, which was definitely a highlight for us! The store was clean, well organized, and easy to explore. What really made our visit special, though, was the employee who helped us. We mentioned that it was our first time in the store, and he took the time to explain everything and answer our questions. He was incredibly kind, friendly, and genuinely helpful. The receipt lists two employees, Blair and Chris, and unfortunately we aren't sure which one helped us, but he was tall with blonde/light brownish hair and provided excellent customer service. Thank you for making our first visit such a great experience! We ended up purchasing two mini figs and a boxed Da Vinci LEGO set, although there were definitely a few other things we had our eyes on!
