If something comes up and she does not like it or disagrees with the pt or parents...She will switch up and have a horrible attitude. The lady at the front desk should not even be working at a clinic or in healthcare at all, she is extremely unprofessional. I called in requesting a few things and I let her know how unprofessional she was, she laughed as if it was amusing to her. These people should not be working in the medical field! This office's turn around time for a sick visit is ridiculous! They referred me to urgent care instead and I explained my daughter needs a doctor because something on her arm is spreading. She just urged me to go to urgent care. When I explained that urgent care won't be able to run tests on her without a referral from her primary physician, she said we cannot get a referral for at least 3 weeks! DO NOT BRING YOUR CHILDREN HERE. I brought my son with autism to Dr. Ali for a year, she would dismiss my request for a specialist time after time knowing my son has chronic gut issues. The office staff is also mediocre, my son needed a neurologist referral and were sent to a kidney specialist and then the 'corrected' referral was for an adult neurologist that took weeks to attempt to schedule an appointment only to be told they are only an adult patient. From the reception being accommodating in scheduling appointments, from the nurses returning calls and scheduling emergency appts., to the best doctor being beyond attentive. We had a small hiccup on a vaccination on hand in the beginning, but Dr. Ali makes up for anything. She is beyond lovable with my daughter and friendly with us. She answers all of our questions and even asks us for any and all questions. She takes her time. Staff has always been courteous and kind to us, never a problem. I'll start of by saying I LOVE DR.ALI AND ALL HER STAFF! I've been coming here for years and wouldn't trade them for no one! My oldest was 7 when she started seeing Dr. Ali and she will soon be 18! My other two kids have been her patients since they were newborns. Throughout the years there's been times where I've had my concerns about my kids health and she's always been so patient with me assuring me and answering all my questions. We all know kids don't like going to the doctors but that's not the case with mine. They enjoy every visit here . Sara always has a great way of making them feel comfortable when it comes to getting Their vaccines. She jokes with them and makes the whole process easier. Sara is amazing! Leonor is always so prompt when it comes to delivering messages to Dr. Ali when my kids are sick and contacting me back. Melissa is a sweetheart and usually does my kids physicals. A few months ago when Dr. Ali saw my oldest daughter for her physical, knowing she would be graduating high school soon after examining her she sat next to my daughter and gave her the most heartwarming advices! The girls at the front desk are very unprofessional and not so friendly. I made an appointment for my sons 6month checkup. They gave me the appointment for a Tuesday. That same day, not even 10 minutes later after making the appointment, I called back to see if they can give me an appointment for a Thursday or a Friday. So they changed my appointment for Thursday. I work Monday-Saturday so mind you, I have to ask for a day off to be able to take my baby in. I get there on Thursday. After more than an hour of waiting, they call me up only to tell me that my son was not on their appointment list for Thursday, his appointment was for Tuesday that just past. THEY NEVER CHANGED MY SONS APPOINTMENT ON THEIR SYSTEM! I'm going back an forth with the lady at the front desk and she leaves to get the "office manager" who completely doesn't speak professionally and shouldn't be called a manager. I'm going back and forth with both ladies and the manager insinuates that I'm a liar and that I never changed my appointment to Thursday because all of her staff said none of them spoke to me! I was beyond upset! They didn't take me in after more than an hour of waiting. After a few minutes of arguing with the office manager all she said was "well we aren't going to see you today so ask for another day off" I left very upset!! Now I have to ask for another day off because of their mistake of not putting my son on the correct appointment list. Don't know if I'll be back. Dr. Ali is the best dr. I know. One of my daughter has been going to see her since her second visit because I didn't feel comfortable with the original ped. and she is the only dr my other daughter has ever known. All the staff there is amazing. The girls are great with giving shots quick with little to no pain. She does get busy so no walk-ins but if you call they will do their best to see what they can do to get them seen ASAP. Elenor is amazing at processing all paperwork quickly and quick to respond (you know how insurance and pharmacies can be.) They are all a pleasure to deal with and make dealing with health stuff easier. My kids love them a feel very comfortable there. They are like family to us. She takes time to walk you through her physical exams and tells you what to expect so the kids don't freak out. She explains what she expects you to do to keep the kids healthy. Let's get to the staff.they always looks unhappy ,especially the main one who works up front. Never smiles,doesn't say hi, doesn't say please or Thank you. Over the phone is the same thing. Every time I call for my four month old or go to our appointment were seen within 15 mins or when I'm concerned and it's passed office hours they always contact me within 30 mins so far with me and my child we've had good experiences the only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because we went in for shots day and one of the nurses was pretty rude and not understanding on why I was crying more than my son when he got his shots lol I know it can be pretty annoying but I'm a first time mom I see my child in pain and it hurts my heart and she couldn't help but give her input in our personal care on how I should be more strong for my son and what would I do without my husband which was annoying but other than that the doctors and front staff are pretty professional read more

I would give 10 stars if I could! Words cannot describe how Thankful I am for Dr. Aliya and her staff! Being a first time mom I tend to worry a lot and can be very needy. There have also been plenty of emergency's and every time no matter what the situation, the staff and doctor have always been so understanding and have helped me in some way every time. They are also so warm and kind there making it feel less like a doctors but more like family. Even during times of vaccines the nurses have been so empathetic soothing both my child and me! Toys for him and hugs for me with reassuring words. The doctor is a total angel! I love how even though I can be needy she always takes the time to here my concerns and never brushes me or my concerns off, neither does the staff. They even send in the meds to my pharmacy immediately after the appointment. My son loves going there because he's comfortable and he knows they make him feel better. I'll never change doctors! Giving this place 3 stars because MOST of the staff are very friendly and helpful and the doctor herself is awesome. But I recently took my nephew in I called because I was worried I was going to be a min late and the lady who I wish I got her name was so rude. She insisted to reschedule me instead of answering my question whether we could be seen if we're a min or 2 late. I ended up getting to the place right on the dot. She was very unfriendly and repeated herself "no more lates" several times even though the place was completely empty. I know she works with children but she didn't need to speak to me as if I'm a child. I understood her the first time she said it. I don't need to be scolded by her. Then she continued to say since I'm not the mother she need a note from the parent to treat and see the patient. I did have a text but she ignored me and asked if it could be faxed. When I did get my sister on the phone I tried to pass the phone to her so she can have the fax number she ignored me and handed me a card with out saying anything. She was uncommunicative and rude with obviously FORCED smiles I couldn't believe was this unprofessional. read more

Very disappointing when staff is incompetent your wait time even with an appointment is more than an hour, and they do not know how to process a referral. Waited over 30 days for the right referral. Had to take matters into my own hands to make sure my daughter got treated adequately.
