After 10 weeks of coming here, I did my first 5K in 30 years! 10 weeks before, I could barely walk or crawl out of bed, and thanks to this Center and the knowledge, expertise and care they provide, I beamed as I crossed the finish line! PAIN FREE! Thank you Dr. Nani and Dr. Greg, for bringing quality back in my life! read more

It's really hard to describe in a Yelp review what NSA chiropractic is all about. It's absolutely not just about getting rid of pain - it can help with that for sure, but it's more about helping you be the best version of you so you have a more awesome life. And it falls under the umbrella of chiropractic because it involves the spine, but it isn't like the traditional chiropractic treatments I've received in the past. When I first started my head was actually 6 inches forward, kind of like a modern Neanderthal. After a few months of NSA sessions, my head was totally upright, and I felt less stressed. I didn't understand how it could work, but was totally convinced that there was something to it. Since that time my wife and I go, and we've introduced several friends as well. I honestly believe that receiving NSA from a skilled practitioner truly makes your life - how you feel and interact with the world - way better. So much so that we're about to start paying to have our assistant go as well. That's all NSA, now specifically to Drs. Michael and Nanilea. These guys are absolutely top-notch professionals. They really know their stuff, and they consistently attend programs with the creator of NSA so they keep growing as practitioners. I drive up from San Francisco for my sessions with them, and it's absolutely worth the commute. Not only are they consummate professionals, but they're sincere, genuine people who care about the health and welfare of their practice members (customers). My wife's father's back was all screwed up from a back surgery 40 years ago, and Dr. Michael and Dr. Nanilea have been awesome with my father-in-law, just caring for him with such dedication. So, all that to say that I love being one of their practice members and am so grateful for the changes and growth they've helped me achieve. read more

I'm an adrenaline junky so I've had sciatica, weak knees, migraines, and uneven hips for over ten years due to injuries from snowboarding, horseback riding, soccer, martial arts, etc. I've also had pinched nerves in my neck and upper back and numbness/severe pain all the way down both arms so bad that at times I couldn't dress myself. I tried physical therapy, yoga, and chiropractic for years and never experienced enough relief. The physical therapy lead to yoga, which did help with my general health because I took better care of myself, but I continued to experience all of the pain except the sciatica. The traditional chiropractic treatment sometimes provided bouts of relief but sometimes led to excruciating pain and increased migraines. I finally decided to try an alternative chiropractic treatment and came to Dr. Michael. I received treatment for about a year, and experienced relief after a couple of weeks. After I got over the first "hump" I experienced tremendous relief and only had one short period of pain, which was tolerable. This was only for a week or so and usually I spend a quarter of the year in unmanageable pain, another quarter of the year in barely tolerable pain, and the rest of the year feeling stiff and dull pain. My posture noticeably improved, my pain frequency and intensity dramatically lowered, and I started making better choices in my life too! I am so grateful to the staff and am sad that I could no longer attend maintenance treatments. I hope to return for treatments again soon! read more

Dr. Michael and Dr. Nanilea have created in Life and Body Wellness Center a true haven for healing. First and foremost they really, truly care. They take the time to ask questions and really listen to not only what is going on with your body but also what is going on in your life. They understand that it is all connected so they seek to see the entire picture of your life. From this deep place of understanding they begin their care. I have been under their care for nearly a year now and my life has opened up and transformed beyond what I thought was possible. I feel better physically, yes, but that is really just the beginning. I am able to see patterns and old ways of being that have kept me stuck physically, emotionally and mentally. I now have the tools to recreate myself and my life. I've never felt better or been more happier! YES!! If you are even slightly curious about Network Chiropractic Care I say just GO and at the very least check it out. You have nothing to loose and so, so very much to gain. Thank you Dr. Michael & Dr. Nanilea for changing my life! read more

Wow! Just wow. To tell you the truth I was a little intimidated walking into the office for my first session. So many new faces, so vulnerable, and yet... in my gut I knew I could trust that this was the real deal. I'm pretty blown away by what has been opening of for me since my first session last week, and am really looking forward to going back next week for more. Nanileah is the real deal. read more

GO HERE! JUST DO IT! I feel so lucky to have found my way to Life & Body. Dr. Greg & Dr. Nani are absolutely wonderful. And I have received so much value out of Network Chiropractic Care that the best I could do to explain (though I'll share a bit below) is to tell you to just go and try it for yourself. You'll see.... I started going because I had heard about Network Care and was curious to check out what it's about. I am a Massage Therapist and Holistic Health Educator and what I heard seemed pretty aligned with all that I'm into. I've done some extensive "inner work" in the physical, emotional, mental & spiritual realms. And what I have done so far at Life & Body (I just finished Level 1) has not only been an amazing complement to all I'm already doing but has also supported me with new openings in my body and in my life. It just feels so good to be more connected with my spine and to feel my breath in my WHOLE body. There are so many moments throughout each day when I readjust my posture, my breathing and/or my perception and each time I am reminded of all that I'm learning about myself at Life & Body and I feel gratitude that the path I'm on allows me to have Network Care with Dr.'s Greg & Nanni in my life. I invite you to give yourself this gift too! read more

This work is amazing! When I first came to the Center, I didn't understand how gentle touches could reshape my spine and my life. It was way outside of my comfortable beliefs about health care. However, the evidence is in--and this energy work has truly reshaped my spine and my life. I am more fully integrated mind, body and spirit, than I have ever been. I am free from the chronic aches and pains and tension that I have lived with for far too long. I move more freely, am more confident and open. This works. Believe me, it works! read more

I cannot recommend this place enough. From Laura the receptionist to Michael and Jesse my chiros- the service, attentiveness and professionalism is beyond my expectations. They went out of their way to find someone good in Toronto where I live. I can't wait to come back for the wonderful energy of this place and their loving hands.. read more

Life and Body Wellness has changed my life! For years I have been a victim of chronic back pain which would radiate into my legs causing severe numbness and tingling. I have tried many different treatments to help my pain including prescription drugs, physical therapy, water therapy, and finally steroid injections into my spine. Unfortunately the injections did not work the first time so I had to go back two more times afterwards. The pain was so debilitating that I became depressed and angry. At this point I was willing to do anything including surgery. I went to two different surgeons for opinions and was ready to undergo the knife. Last March I was out to dinner with some friends and one of the girls mentioned Drs. Michael and Nanilea and how they helped her. I decided to give it a try and am forever grateful that I did. For the past year my life has completely changed. I wake up everyday with a smile on my face since I am pain free. It is amazing! I now exercise on a regular basis and have even joined a cycling group. Thank you so much Drs. Michael and Nanilea. I have a new lease on life. read more

I began care a little over 5 months ago and feel very commited to this work. I feel free er of pain and more flexible in my life in different ways. My breath is deeper and my heart is more open to myself and others in my life. This work is my choice, on my path ,at this time. I really enjoy the model of following the body and the breath and letting them lead the way as opposed to the brain, mind. Nani and Gregg are also very commited to this work and believe in it very deeply and strongly. The environment is also pleasant with nice music and a waterfall, a nice place to let go of what does not serve me. The network chiropractic care is very soft and subtle unlike regular chiropractic care. read more

I have received chiropractic care for over 30 years, but I have never experienced anything like this. Network care addresses the mind, body, and spirit and the results are profound! It has helped with my physical concerns, but that is just the beginning. Network care is "reorganizational healing." It optimizes your central nervous system which in turn optimizes your life! Dr. Michael and Dr. Nanilea are top practitioners in this field and provide extraordinary personalized care. I highly recommend Life & Body Wellness Center! read more

This place is just full of people trying to take your money! With their $20 promotion to try this "alternative" type of chiropractic, they try to sell you on a plan before you walk out the door on your first of two visits! They tried to show me how much benefit I received from laying on a massage table with the NSA technique (which really is just barely touching random areas of your back). This is a load of baloney. Save your money and time, and go see a real chiropractor. read more

The improvement to my quality of life and the transformation of my spine and neck are just fantastic. I thought that I was stuck with my badly rounded back and shoulders for life. I am now flexible and erect, feel decades younger, relaxed, healthier and happier. I wish we had photographed the progress in a time and motion study! Dr. Nani and Dr. Gregg both have amazing gifts and are delightful and truly caring practitioners. They obviously love nothing better than a challenge. The whole experience is nothing short of magical. read more

I have often wished that healthcare would take into consideration the parallel relationship between my physical body, my mind, my emotions, and my spirit; that these be recognized not as separate independent entities, but as parts of me, so inextricably connected that anything which affects one affects the others as well. I wished that healthcare would finally come to terms with the truth of my being, honor and validate its innate intelligence and desire for quality of life, and coach the brain into healing all past traumas, without the external intervention of drugs or invasive surgery. I wished to find healthcare professionals who would not be so concerned with curing the symptoms of a condition and masking the pain that it may create, as to finding and addressing the root cause of that condition. I found it. I found it in the form of Network Spinal Analysis, which is offered by Drs. Nani Critchfield and Gregg Diamond, at Life and Body Wellness Center in San Rafael. I have personally rarely suffered physical ailments, but was until last year carrying deep emotional scars which were holding me down and depriving me of the full enjoyment of my life. I have found that wellness is not merely not experiencing illness, or a compromise between the absence of pain and a state of happiness which seems out of reach, but rather a constantly expanding quality of life which is available and attainable by everyone, and is filled with boundless joy and passion. Joy and passion is what you find with Drs. Nani and Gregg. They live their work with immense enthusiasm, and an uncompromised dedication to meeting everyone's needs for healing and wellbeing. I have seen them go far beyond the 'call of duty' when I had a special need. Their office has become a haven of peace, a place where one feels safe to open up and receive the gift of healing. It feels good just to be there. Now a year into care, much of the old traumas have lost their hold on me, and I see my life beginning to unfold as I want, as I always wished it to be. At a recent monthly class, which Drs. Nani and Gregg offer at various levels of care, I witnessed something which I never thought I'd see in my life, but which I know to be the natural result of deep healing: As the people in our group, who have been in care for some time, sat listening, the vibration in the room began to shift noticeably. There was something coming over our heads, an energy so subtle, too fine for the words to carry for it is of the exclusive domain of the heart; yet so sure of its standing that it inexorably clears the way for joy to well up out of nowhere, and like a Spring flower in the sunshine, sprout without a reason to be. It was the blossoming of the hearts, their merging together into a pool of wholeness and wellness that few of us had ever experienced before. It is the magic of Network Care! I feel so grateful to have been offered this most wonderful tool to heal not just parts of me, but my whole being. read more
