I recently bought a set of brand spanking new tires and drove from the tire store right to Aligntechs to have them align the new tires. Aligntechs takes walk-ins and appointments but its a very small place with 2 alignment bays so I highly recommend making an appointment. I was given an estimate over the phone, including the "internet special" which knocked about $15 off the regular price. The waiting room is small, dingy with no coffee or water (that I noticed) but they did have a vending machine and password protected wifi, which worked for me. I was told that the alignment would take 45 - 60 mins and it was completed within that timeframe. After my car was finished I was given a print out of the before and after of the alignment and all of my questions were patiently and thoroughly answered. The proof is in the pudding and when I hopped back on to 101 after the alignment, I was able to let go of the steering wheel and voila. I went straight straight as an arrow. read more

Found these guys on Yelp so i called and set up an appointment the same day for an alignment. When I got there, i was greeted by the friendly staff. I was helped by a guy named Victor who seemed very knowledgeable. Having a lowered car he asked me if I had an preferences on the alignment. After test driving my car, Victor started aligning my wheels with another worker. After about 25 my car was finished. Overall, the knowledge and professionalism displayed by Victor and the rest of the staff was impressive. I would recommend and have future work done at this shop again. read more

Booking for the appointment was straightforward and I was able to get the time I wanted. Victor, the technician, was very knowledgeable and showed me the diagnostics for alignment and what he will do to fix the problems. After he was finished he let you know what tasks he performed and gave you some tips on how to save your tires. I've been taking all of my cars here since 2010-2011 (They were DVS Kustoms at the time) and I've had nothing but good experiences. I decided to take my Evo to a different alignment shop for 1 time (I had a coupon for a free alignment) and I thought it was good for the time being until I installed my coil-overs and brought the car back to Aligntechs. Turns out my rear was completely messed up; the other shop had damaged the frame where the washers control my rear toe and Vic was very helpful and explained the whole process to me. He was able to tweak it back to good specs with some tinkering. I also brought my car back for a tie-rod and control arm bushing upgrade and they knocked that out for me with a reasonable price. My Evo now handles like a dream and I'll definitely be back if I need another alignment. read more

Very very good service. Got emergency replacement tires over the weekend and knew I needed them aligned, so they let me skip the inspection and go right to the alignment. They aligned the back wheels and when they got to the front, bad news - apparently the car (which came from the east coast) had SO much rust damage to the front end, that the car they told me it was basically already undrivable. The entire time they were quite courteous and friendly, and best of all, since they were unable to complete the alignment, they didn't even charge me at all, even though they had already gotten halfway done with the alignment. I would absolutely go back to these guys again, and recommend them to all my friends. read more

Second alignment at this place, first was before the name change. Again, made an appointment and they had no issue doing alignment to custom specs. This is a long overdue 5 stars for these guys. They are by far my best experience with any alignment shop. Other places charge more for the same job or not even as good as these guys. I recommended this place if you are in need for an ignition interlock device.. aka breathalyzer. He is contracted with SmartStart and you only pay monthly when you check in and aslo the fee to uninstall. I never had to make an appointment. I just showed up for my monthly check and he would assist me right away. read more

Imma give this guys 5-Stars. I took my 2016 Mustang gt to a few shops and they couldn't figure out the issue of a thump noise when breaking and when going over a bump. The first 5-minutes the tech checked it out he said its the control arms. My car was out and driving the same day!!! Any suspension/brake issues this the shop. A+. I brought my aging Japanese auto here several months ago after having all kinds of crazy creaks from the suspension. I was worried to death that it was shot. When I brought it to Victor at Aligntechs, though, he didn't take advantage of me at all. After a quick look, he explained that when I had added new struts, shocks and springs a couple years back, I simply failed to properly seat them and ended up stripping a bolt. He charged a very reasonable price, he didn't mind letting me watch him work, and he even explained how his laser-guided alignment equipment works when he saw that I was curious. I've brought two cars here now to have alignments done. As far as I know it was the first time the cars had ever had alignments done on them both. They were able to squeeze me in and were very quick about the whole process. Both my cars had significant alignment issues but didn't require any special work to fix it. Had alignment performed for my '07 Mazdaspeed 3. The guy behind the counter was very knowledgeable and friendly. Service was quick - he quoted me at an hour, I was out in 30 minutes. Price is about what you expect, but these guys did an exceptional job. I was particularly impressed that they performed an inspection (including test drive) of the suspension before performing any work, then drove the car again after to ensure everything was working. So far this place has been the best place I have taken my car for a wheel alignment, very true to there word and honest as well. I don't trust people with my Cougar due to past incidents but they have gained my trust. They take the time to show you on paper what it is that was wrong and how they fixed the problem, I have come in a few times already and both times they noted that something wasn't right on my car and suggested me to fix it before further doing the job they need to do, which I have fixed. I'm glad to have mechanics who will be honest and tell you when something doesnt look right rather than letting it be and paying more for it in the end. Alignment on european cars takes more effort and I feel they offered the attention and time to ensure it was done properly. You will get the time to explain how it was adjusted from results before to after. One suggestion they offered, often not mentioned is that although they can compensate, you should bring your car with a full gas tank. I also brought my other Euro car to have an alinement. They noticed that it wouldn't benefit because some suspension work needs to be done to get it to be tight. I believe many other shops would have just made the adjustment although it wouldn't have lasted. Fair, quality, knowledgeable service. read more

My husband & I greatly appreciate Victor's attention to detail & helpful information. I ran over a parking curb stop and noticed that my car felt different and was severely veering to the right. After having it initially checked by Firestone and reading Alignthechs' Yelp reviews, I decided to go with Aligntechs to check my suspension & alignment. They were fairly punctual for our inspection appointment. Victor is extremely knowledgeable and showed me the bottom of my car. Fortunately, to my surprise, I did not sustain any suspension damage and only needed a wheel alignment. As a woman, I sometimes feel like some auto places try to rip me off. I brought my 09 Lancer lowered on springs a week ago (took them many hours, my fault tho) to get my my front strut replaced because the strut bracket broke off due to wrong end-links installed (had a friend install my struts... Regret it) don't have someone do it for you, GO PRO. I definitely recommend bringing your car here specially if you are going to lower your car. These people know their stuff 110% may be somewhat pricey but worth it. I came in today for a check up/re-inspection. Totally Satisfied. read more
