Screw in my tire. I got my Toyo tires online from Treadopot, with road hazard coverage. Called the 800 number, and was sent here for the repair. Having to get a tire repaired is always a hassle, but I'm kind of glad I got introduced to this shop. Very professional, and they very quickly repaired my tire. Rebalanced it too. Toyo tires are not easy to find locally, so that's why I went online to get them. (For both mine and my wife's cars.) But ... lo and behold, these guys carry them. So next time I need tires, I'll come here and just have them do it. They offer other services I might just take advantage of in the future too. (I have silver/gray powder coated aftermarket wheels, and I've never been 100% happy with the color, but these guys can get them recoated.) One key thing that impressed me: they used a torque wrench to finish up tightening the lug nuts on my wheels. In my experience, most places do NOT do that. I was very happy to see that, and I mentioned that to them. Great place, and Dave and Victor are both very nice guys. After buying new tires from Costco, they referred me to this place for an alignment. I called at 9am the next day, hoping to get my car done that same day (as I've heard this place was appointments only), and luckily they were able to squeeze me in. When I got there, they were friendly, fast, and very effective. They invited me to watch them work, and explained in detail all the things they did at the end. I was refered to this place for my Mercedes C240 from my mechanic. Not truely happy since my car is still drifting to the right. If you own a European car I would go to the dealer for a 4 wheel alignment. They do not carry the bolt kit to correct such issues and set to factor specs. read more

I called to see if they can help me with a steering wheel shake after a front end collision. Sure enough they guy on the phone said he can fix it with a balance and I can bring it over right away. I explained I got out of work later and he said it would be okay to bring in at that time. I get there and Sal (the guy I spoke to on the phone earlier) helps me as soon as he gets time from the customer before me. After sitting in the waiting area he calls me over to see and sure enough my front tires were wayyyyy out of balance. He fixed that and I was on my way. My steering wheel does not shake anymore and it drives just as when I drove it off the lot! read more

I got my car alignment here in the past year and it seemed they knew what they were doing. After visiting a 2nd shop after doing the alignment, they showed me that the alignment was rushed, camber, caster, toe was off. Really annoyed and I give them an extra star because they gave me the advertised special after giving me a hard time after mentioning it. I dont know what the issue was because it was on their on website.... And the guy even scrapped my car.... Maybe everyone has had a better experience, but this is mine =( read more

I recommend Aligntech to all searching for alignments and wheel balance. I brought in my Altima after I had bent a strut when I hit a curb. All the guys at Aligntech are super knowledgeable and worked really hard to replace the strut and complete a wheel balance. They saved my car and it rides smother than ever. DVS specializes in lowered cars. I was referred to 2 of my friends to go here after i installed some supension parts on my 300zx. Viktor explained to me what they was wrong and what they planned to do before they worked on the car. very knowledgeable and very professional. FYI: when making an appointment(highly recommended), and have done some modifications to your car's suspension, make sure you tell them that. because they WILL take their time to work on it to make it right. read more

This place is super unprofessional! I made an appointment for today, March 5th at noon. When I showed up there was a paper hand written sign saying they were closed. I made an appointment for today and drove here for nothing! They didn't call me to notify my of being closed or anything! Do not come here as obviously they do not have their stuff together. My tires were 30k old and were wearing out pretty fast, so I though I should get an alignment. I found DVS Kustoms through Yelp and I am glad I did. When I got there, Victor helped me out and explain to me that my tire wear is mostly likely because of tire pressure. The toytota standard was 32psi front/29psi rear, He explain that for a Scion Tc, 36/34 would be better and save tread wear on my tires. He continue to do the alignment and explain that most new cars only allows toe alignment. He did a very good job explaining what he did and why he did it. The job was $60 with the yelp coupon. Victor did an awesome job on my Saab 9-3 alignment. He was able to do my car right away, and the work was done quickly. He went through a careful explanation of the alignment issues that were corrected, and the car is driving great. Plus, the Aligntechs process of doing the inspection first before proceeding to the alignment is a great practice and eliminates wasting money on alignments when other problems need to be dealt with first. I am writing this review because the owner of the business has sent very nasty text messages to my girlfriend on wheels that he is being paid to do work on them. he as used awful language towards her and comment that she needs a man in her life. and has strong arm the wheels for screw ups that he has done for more payment. that is stright wrong. he is taking advantage of women he is giving mechanic shops a bad name. I called today for ML350 wheel alignment since I did tire rotation & balancing @ Costco yesterday. As someone mentioned it is under new ownership (Sonny), I got better quo compared to previous visit. I love this place. I didn't get an alignment or anything there but I had a breathalyzer that needed to be calibrated every month and between living in Gilroy and commuting back and forth to work in Santa Clara, it was hard to make it to other places that can do the recalibration on time before they closed. Great shop to get work done. I took my 2005 Chevy Silverado in to have the upper and lower control arms replaced as well as wheel hubs and sway bar bushings. My truck is originally from Kansas City and had a fair amount of rust on the underside. Sal did an excellent job of not only replacing the parts but also cleaning up a fair amount of the rust in the adjacent areas. I would absolutely recommend this shop to anyone with suspension or handing issues with their vehicle. read more

Wow.... I've been to plenty of reputable shops before and have gotten charged a max of $130 for alignments but these guys are out to rip you off. These same guys even charged me $95 about a year ago and no they're charging me 165 for an alignment which is far too much. I know these guys are "good" but you can also find another shop like Pacific Tire Outlet in Milpitas for half the price and just as good. read more

Had a great experience here at Aligntechs. Needed a wheel alignment and they got me in right away. I called Aligntechs for a wheel alignment quote. When I got there at the shop the guy at the front desk told me that it would cost $70 or $85 depending on the diagnosis on the alignment issue. I showed them the front and rear tires on the right side of my truck with wears on the outer sides. He said they're going to check it first and inform me what work needs to be done. So I said let's do it. So they mechanic took my car for a test drive for a few minutes then came back and drove it up to their testing platforms. I watched them. After about 15 minutes the front desk guy came up to me and said that based on their findings my tires don't need alignment. It's within the Toyota Tundra's specification. It does not need alignment. So I asked them if they did anything? And he said, "nope". And it was true, they didn't align the wheels, I was watching - they just mounted the gadgets to check on the tire alignment. I told him that there's uneven wear on my tires on the right side of my truck while on the left there's none, and how come it doesn't need alignment? He said it's normal and it doesn't need alignment. Then he said I would have to pay $70. And I told him, "why do I have to pay you $70 if you didn't do anything?" You said you're gonna talk to me first what work have to be done before you start doing it." And he said, "yeah I was supposed to but the mechanic didn't talk to me about it. You can just pay $45." So I paid the freaking scamming guy $45 for nothing. Then I got my truck. When I started my truck the AC(air conditioner) was on and on "full" (highest) switch. The mechanic should have turned off the ac and the radio before giving back the car. Likewise the stupid mechanic checked the gauge on my tires and didn't tighten the air caps back properly. They were hanging loose. I had to tighten them. Those guys don't care about your car they just want your money, that's it. Don't take your car to these unprofessional scamming guys. read more
