Hate to write this review, been taking my car here for years but that's going to end immediately…read more They are grossly inept and incompetent, and I no longer trust them to do what's right or fair. I took my car in for an oil change and asked them to look at the rear brakes, they told me I needed to have my rear brake pads replaced. OK, I did, and the charged me about $360 to do it. About two weeks later, the rear brakes started screeching loudly and I noticed a clicking sound, I knew something wasn't right and took it back them. They said problem fixed, it wasn't, started doing the exact same thing about a day later. Took it back about two weeks later, same result didn't fix the problem, brakes still screeching. My brakes weren't screeching until they worked on it! I wound up taking my car to AutoExtend in Powell and they told me that the way Webb's had tightened my emergency brake had basically burned up the rear pads that they had installed, they destroyed their own work! AutoExtend fixed my brakes, replaced the rear pads and drums all for $306. I should have known this place was going to hell when I stopped in and asked Brian if he could put in a high beam light for me. He said he would for $55. Really? Also, Brian straight up lied to face about my appointment time. I came in on a Thursday and he told me, "You made an appointment for Tuesday, don't you remember?" No, because I didn't do that. I can't do business with people I don't trust. This is a dishonest business and I'm going to let everyone I know who they really are. One of my worst experiences ever!

These guys--I can't say enough about them…read more In a world of "mechanics" who know only how to replace parts, Auto Pro employs true mechanics who know the art automotive repair. More than once, a mechanic here has spent a few hours on my car diagnosing a problem that other garages couldn't detect (even after I described thoroughly) They are honest, capable, and eager to save your money rather than up selling services and repairs that you don't need (unlike most dealerships and chain companies). I tend to avoid small shops--I like to plug into a corporate structure. That said, I trust these guys with my auto when real work is on the table.

DO NOT COME HERE! They will SCAM you!!!…read more I brought my car in to get a diagnostic on the air conditioning not blowing cold at idle. They came back with the quote pretty quickly. Of course I assumed AC work may or may not be expensive depending on the problem and after receiving a high quote I needed to run it by my husband. Also come to find out they charge mostly the labor because we found the parts I needed online for $215. (My quote was almost $1600 not including the money they robbed me of) They said they still needed to charge me ($217) because they topped off (it wasn't empty) and recharge my ac. I didn't ask them to do either of those things, just to run a diagnostic which I would have paid for if there was a cost for that, no problem. I asked the man at the counter if doing those things was going to temporarily help with the cold air and he said yes. A lie. Come to find out because my issue is my compressor, recharging and adding more Freon was a total waste of time and money. That's $217 wasted on something I didn't even ask them to do. I imagine they won't be willing to refund me so all I can do is try to help someone else to STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS!!!

They looked at all of my break pads and rotors before determining that the front needed a replacement on both but the back could wait another 20,000 miles for new pads. I asked if I dropped off my vehicle on Sunday (Easter Sunday) if he could get it done on Monday. He said yes. I explained that I would pick it up after work (3:00).Again he said it would be fine. I had a friend drop me off. On Monday I called around 1:00 to check to see if my vehicle was ready. Stephen told me it would be ready in a "couple of hours". I asked so if I come around 3:30 it should be ready. He said yes. At 3:00 when I got home I called again expecting my car would be ready and I wanted to get the price so I could bring enough cash. Stephen again answered and told me "it was the next one in the bay". They close at 5:00. The last thing I wanted was a rushed job. Plus I felt lied to. There are many other shops that can replace brakes in my area. I will avoid this shop in the future and save myself time and frustration. Plus I don't want anyone rushing to get my car ready. After I got my key from the office I caught Shal to explain my disappointment after I took so much time to get this vehicle dropped off and picked up by another friend. Neither he nor anyone in the office seemed apologetic nor care that they didn't get my car ready as they said. Too bad so sad was their attitude. That's my attitude as well as I will move on to another service center that appreciates their customers and their business. And I would certainly not refer any one I know here. They are too busy for us anyway.
