Cummings Center is HUGE, but once inside the building it is easy to find the right place. Olga met me and went through my expectations (which was great) and then told me how the hour would go. It took me about 10 minutes to relax and then before I knew it my hour was up. Olga told me what she felt about specific areas of stress and struggle. They were identical to how I had been feeling, and nothing I told her in the beginning. She gave me some things to focus on, affirmations to help me through the day, etc. After three weeks I realize how this really has helped me to work through some blocks. Nice location, very calming room, Olga was kind and knowledgeable. If you are new to reki and want to try it out, this is the place to start. On-line booking and a first time coupon.

I have been having some upper back pain for quite a while, and I decided that I would try this before hitting up the Doctor or doing anything more drastic. I had Plamen for my 60 -minute deep tissue massage, and that man is the best thing that ever happened to my back he gets five starts (my girlfriend also had a 60 minute session with him and said he is awesome). The decor is very eastern(ish) but I found the whole experience very relaxing and Plamen is a master of his craft. My back and shoulders have not felt this good in quite some time. I would highly recommend Eternal Balance and Plamen to anyone looking to get myofascial massage work done.

I decided to try massage to see if it would help, and found out about Beverly Massage Therapy & Wellness Center though Yelp. Based on the reviews, I decided to try a 30 minute massage with Kerilee. It was AMAZING. So much so, in fact, that I asked her 10 minutes in if she had time for an hour long massage. She unfortunately didn't, but I went back a few days later for another massage. In just an hour and a half Kerilee managed to greatly reduce my hip pain, and I will definitely continue receiving massages from her. In addition to being an amazing sports massage therapist, Kerilee is super friendly, and the massage studio is clean and peaceful. And Kerilee offers great prenatal massage which not everyone does, so it's an extra bonus for me right now. Looking forward to my next visit!

I had my first craniosacral/lymphatic drainage appointment with Debra-Jean and I'm blown away at how incredible this woman is! Ive been searching for years for someone to desperately help me. Well I've found Heaven in finding Debra- Jean. She not only has immense training and experience but also cares about helping me to heal. My very first appointment, Debra was able to figure me out and I feel like a million bucks! I mean, what good is a cheap massage when I've got better things to do with my time? Which brings me to Debra-Jean. I didn't even use a coupon, I'll admit. I went to her because I have two friends who won't see anyone else, I was in some pain with a spasm, and I just could not risk another second rate back rub from a "fast food" massage joint. Well, I found out that all massages are NOT created equal. Debra-Jean took the time to really asses my situation, she asked questions, she looked at my posture and then she started the treatment. From the first couple of questions I just knew that she had education, experience, and a real love for what she does. Just that alone is enough to get me to relax and be able to really trust the process of letting my spasm wracked back release itself. I could really feel the targeted treatment working. Debra-Jean also was very thorough in instructing me on what to do to take care of the area and avoid letting it happen again. I have a long commute and I'm always in danger of having my back and shoulders act up on me. You can't just let some teenager out of massage school work on an injury or when you are in pain--that might even make it worse. Well, after an hour with Debra-Jean, I will join my two friends who are devoted clients and I will not go to anyone else. Trust me on this one. If you really need a solid massage and want to feel confident about your therapist, call Debra-Jean.
