Cummings Center is HUGE, but once inside the building it is easy to find the right place. Olga met me and went through my expectations (which was great) and then told me how the hour would go. It took me about 10 minutes to relax and then before I knew it my hour was up. Olga told me what she felt about specific areas of stress and struggle. They were identical to how I had been feeling, and nothing I told her in the beginning. She gave me some things to focus on, affirmations to help me through the day, etc. After three weeks I realize how this really has helped me to work through some blocks. I have been having some upper back pain for quite a while, and I decided that I would try this before hitting up the Doctor or doing anything more drastic. I had Plamen for my 60 -minute deep tissue massage, and that man is the best thing that ever happened to my back he gets five starts (my girlfriend also had a 60 minute session with him and said he is awesome). It was AMAZING. So much so, in fact, that I asked her 10 minutes in if she had time for an hour long massage. She unfortunately didn't, but I went back a few days later for another massage. In just an hour and a half Kerilee managed to greatly reduce my hip pain, and I will definitely continue receiving massages from her. In addition to being an amazing sports massage therapist, Kerilee is super friendly, and the massage studio is clean and peaceful. I went to her because I have two friends who won't see anyone else, I was in some pain with a spasm, and I just could not risk another second rate back rub from a "fast food" massage joint.
