Let's break it down: Location 4 stars - It's location is in the heart of Paris and although it does not have expanding vistas it was charming. I would definitely recommend the patio. Great spot to dine and people watch. Service 3 stars - it was not bad just not great. Our server seemed to be dismissive and not entirely attentive to our needs. She did accommodate our lack of the language but it seems we paid for it in terms of attitude. Maybe it's a french thing? Food 4 stars - this was a solid 4 stars. Wife had sole which was as well prepared as she has ever had. Fantastic. I had a very tender and well cook steak. Our drinks were well prepared and the wine was perfect. Desert was excellent. All in all, this is not a 3 Star by any measure. Don't understand why it was rated this low. It almost kept us from going. Don't let it.
