I scheduled a tour that was confirmed by someone, I presume at their corporate location. I then called the location with a question- only to be told all tours were cancelled. Was also told one of the management teams would call me. Maybe 30 minutes later I received another confirmation text. I phoned the person (not in their central location) to tell them that location was not accepting any more parents. Received information (i.e., tuition, communication apps) and was told I would be taken off the list to be text? No one has reached out to me. If this school is this uncommunicative and disorganized in the face of emergency. I completely understand protecting the littles but don't like the way I was handled. I'm already emotional enough about leaving my babe. I'm almost 100% positive I can't trust them with my baby.

My oldest attended for 5 years and still comes back for the summer, and I can honestly say that everything she learned came from the caring teachers and the strong curriculum provided by CBB. Many of her former teachers are still here, and they'll be caring for my youngest, which brings me so much peace of mind. My children absolutely love the splash pad during the summer months, showing off their crafts, and singing songs they've learned. As a parent, it's so comforting to know that my children are safe, well-cared for, and thriving here. He felt safe and loved they worked with him in many different ways and was ready to enter Kinder when the time came. So when I had my second son I knew he would go to CBB just like his big brother and has been there since he was 6 months old and had many of the same teachers in each class as my older son did. I was so impressed with the staff I decided to join the CBB family also. I have been there for 5 years and love all my kids there. We have a lot of fun in the schooler room and I love that I am able to have my youngest with me there. I have worked in many different child cares in the Tomball area and CBB is hands down the best place for us. My youngest son is above average in Kinder and just needs a small amount of help to read. Ms. TK (the director) and her entire team are so professional, organized, thoughtful, and kind. The school is immaculately kept and has great security protocols for a parent's peace of mind. There are various extracurriculars (like gymnastics, dance, and soccer) offered, as well as special events & holiday socials. The faculty are so creative in keeping things fun & engaging - - not only for the children but their families too! Ms. HEYLEY is an incredible teacher & trustworthy caregiver. Our 2-year old has learned so much from the curriculum and has so much fun in class. I appreciate the frequent updates (and activity photos) that make me feel like I can be a part of each moment, even at a distance.
