The serving sizes are smaller, but it tasted better than their U.S. counterparts. I liked the seating outside and the late sunsets around 8:30 to 9 with the sun peering through darkened clouds.

It's great having seating up & down stairs, but a lot of the time the upstairs is closed to customers. If you order something that needs making, they will bring your meal to you once it's ready. The store is also now franchised.

The restaurant itself is bright and clean with plenty of seats and tables with places for children. One bad aspect is the speed of service which is quite slow and sometimes there can be a queue back to the door especially if staff are also dealing with 'drive-thru' customers. Got back to the office to find no utensils & no napkins. Took one bite of the side salad to a crunchy dirt specks - posting a photo of the dirty lettuce. The two stars is only for the kind waiters at the tills.. It wasn't their fault that the place clearly doesn't have its business running properly.
