I'm a diehard Nando's fan, but this was the worst Nando's I've ever been to in US or UK…read more Waited 18 minutes for my lunch takeout order (1 main + 2 sides) to be ready, which is twice the time compared to the usual 9-11 minutes at most other Nando's. Got back to the office to find no utensils & no napkins. Took one bite of the side salad to a crunchy dirt specks - posting a photo of the dirty lettuce. The two stars is only for the kind waiters at the tills.. It wasn't their fault that the place clearly doesn't have its business running properly.
