Dear Attorney Darin Karpel,…read more I am writing to express my deep disappointment with your representation during my recent mediation. Prior to the mediation date, you advocated for me with full force. However, on the day that mattered most, your primary focus seemed to be a quick exit. I was especially troubled when you told me, "You cannot enrich yourself." The explicit purpose of this mediation was to secure a financial recovery for my losses, which inherently involves a monetary payout. During the session, you actively avoided the financial math of the situation. You even refused to listen to my sister's proposed conclusions regarding the settlement figures. If I did something to offend you or cause you to view my case as unworthy, you have my apologies. While I ultimately walked away with more than my sister initially planned, it could have been significantly more if you had aggressively pursued my interests. You did not attempt to get me the maximum recovery possible, and I do not understand why your approach changed so drastically. While I bear no personal ill will, I am highly dissatisfied with your services. I am sending this to ensure my dissatisfaction is formally placed on the record. Sincerely, Amos Henry

I recently was in need of her services in two different instances. I had already retained and payed another attorney to represent me but did not feel as though the other attorney was looking out for me. After talking with Andi, I decided to retain her to do the job. During both court cases, she kept me informed and shared with me all possible outcomes. She also was empathetic and reassuring. The first criminal case was dismissed and I received an agreeable outcome in the second. If you want someone who cares, will protect you and not be bullied, choose Andrea.
