Terrible customer service. Expensive. Faulty and old audio equipment. False advertising. Save money and go directly to ticket office. Do not use 3rd party. read more

We did two tours with Cicerone tours, and both were wonderful. The first is the "Essential Must Do…read moreof Granada," and the second is the "Evening Albaicin and Sacromente Tour." I highly recommend both. You cannot choose your tour guide, but if you were able to, I would highly recommend Senne. Don't be fooled by Senne's young appearance. This young man can recite the history of Granada and answer all kinds of difficult questions. What I really appreciated about Senne is how he is able to connect all of the stories together and give you a comprehensive view of all of the tours you may have taken even outside Granada. Going back to the tours, the Essential Must Do tour gives you an overall glimpse of all important areas in Granada so that you know where to go deeper on your own. As for the evening tour, you get a beautiful view of the nighttime view of Alhambra as well as see the interesting "cave" house of the Gypsies.

I really liked the fact that she allowed my partner Jerry to discuss his passion for plants and landscaping with her....walking through the gardens of the generalife was amazing and she was great in discussing all types of plants and garden styles with Jerry. I recommend cicerone and Lucia to anyone who wants to tour an amazing city and learn while having a fantastic time! You won't regret it!

The group was about 8 people, and the guide spoke English. We basically hiked up to the highest point of Granada, and the view was spectacular! We stopped at different points on the way for explanations of things, and in general, it was a great tour! I was glad that they had this tour, because we would have gotten lost if we tried to do this on our own. Definitely recommend.

We called the phone number listed on their ticket voucher and were told that they were unable to get tickets for us for that day. they are very unreliable, I am guessing they tried to get last minutes tickets through official Alhambra website and charge you a huge markup for a private tour. hoping they will refund our money.

Alejandro did a great job with this tour that lasted a bit under two hours and with a large group of around 20 or so people. He was very animated and he knew how to tell good stories. He was funny, energetic and his English was very good. We learned much about Malaga and its history, buildings and people. Alejandro was a great tour guide and a great ambassador to the city. He earned a good tip!

That seems to be an amazing system - as guides were truly amazing! Very engaging, excellent sense of humour, and this way time flies - you don't notice how tour comes to an end;( In addition to historical facts, the guides give you advices as locals - e.g. when museum are free of charge, which beaches are the best and how to get there, as well as places that are great for food (and I have to say they were not wrong- food was amazing and cheap indeed). Definitely give them a go when in Malaga!

As we came to the bus station, we saw an information booth that sold Segway tours and my wife was sold! We were not disappointed. The tour was about 1.5 hours long, with about 30 minutes for setup, etc. Our guide Loretta was wonderful. She was fun and cheerful as she showed us around, stopping occasionally to help us or explain certain things. The tour was wonderful and I would love to give them 5 stars, however, they sent us to a flamenco show which was extremely poor. In Granada, many companies that work in the tourism industry sell vouchers to their attractions at a steep discount to other attractions for resale. Here, Play Segway sold us a deal to the flamenco show which I highly recommend you avoid. Since the Play Segway does make a cut, I did e-mail them to let them know of my issues, but didn't hear back. In any event, they should vet companies more. See my review for Venta El Gallo-- the show was decent, but the service was horrible. Visited November 2012

As ultra-organized planners, we booked ahead. Unfortunately, the weather decided to turn on us the day we were scheduled to cycle Granada. This is where Granada Electric Bike's exceptional service outshines others. (1) Javier (funny and friendly assistant) guy at the counter was willing to help us check the weather......then offered for us to change dates for a sunnier day.....at no additional cost. (2) the training of how to use the bikes and segway (which is bookable via tour) was both fun and informative. (3) Javier gave us some terrific recommendations on tapas places and where to cycle for sight-seeing. All around a very pleasant experience!
