The two owners of the company both told me out of the $250 deposit they released back to me $165.73 that day. One week later I call to confirm they released the funds and asked if they can send me an email confirming they released it with the date and amount that was released. Two weeks from then I'm now calling just to ask for the email and the owner the big guy started raising his voice in defense saying things like, they have no reason to keep my money, it's the bank holding it, you can come look at our computer screen to see we released it. I said all good, all I want is an email stating the date you released the money and the amount you released. He yelled at me, I'm not going to go for this you can come see we released the money and it's the bank holding it! I told him, "there's no reason to yell, you already got paid, I'm the one trying to get money back and I'm calm. If you released the money why won't you send an email saying you did so?" He cut me off and hung up in my face. When I called back, I told him I would like to record the call, he refused and told me to come to the office to settle it (which I take as a threat because there's absolutelyno reason for me to come to that office), I said all I want is an email and then he hung up in my face again. This guy clearly is going through something financially or he has anger issues but make no mistake he will over talk you, is very controling, and now can add will threaten you. I must go through all this just to get an email stating when and how much was released. Poor customer service on the back end.

He purchases cars that are have cosmetic damage and then rents them out to people on a few car rental companies including Turo. He then makes a claim that the individual renting caused the damages and then gets paid out with his "claim" paid by the credit card you reserved the car with.

Asi is incredibly flexible with timing, from a drive to several hours or a day+. My flight was delayed so Asi worked out a drive for me in a 2018 lambo. The few hundred dollars may make you question, but stop that immediately, it's worth every penny. Do it. Buy it as a gift. Any car loving man or woman deserves this. Do it. On logistics, he's off the strip on Dean Martin Blvd in a discrete plaza. Look for a car museum sign, cars are kept in doors. The process to rent was under 10 min and prices were very reasonable (insurance is included). Skip the other guys, give a legitimate small business owner a shot. Cars are in mint condition. Plus he's a nice guy.
