We spoke with Chris and Jack. Both seem very nice. We were told they have their mechanic go…read morethrough their vehicles. It is our fault for trusting. For not going to a mechanic. For believing in another small business such as we are. We purchased a car 3 days ago. There was a "noise" but we've never had low profile tires. Chris reassured us the vehicles are gone over by their mechanic and are good to go. The noise was just not right. Today we checked the tires. There are cords showing, rubber flapping and wires sticking out on the inside of the sidewalls, stopped by today to talk to them about it. They apologized, and said it won't happen again. Well NO it won't happen again, we can't trust you to buy from you again! Jack stated he didn't have time to really look at this one, that he had checked to make sure the tires weren't lose. He heard the road noise as well. Hind sight is 20/20 as they say. We should have put 2 and 2 together when the first car we drove had serious rear suspension issues. I asked what they were going to do to make it right. There is nothing I can do is the response we received. I'm VERY sad, that is surely not how we run our business.

suspicious practices!! I had them look at a car I had for…read moresale. I had this car to a mechanic to ensure it was sound before I listed it. No issues. NO CODES!! The guy comes to look at it. I start the car no check engine lights. Dude plugs a scanner into the car and all the sudden its throwing a code and has a check engine light. I had him clear the code and I restarted the car. No check engine light. Took it to the mechanic to have them hook it to a scanner and to the auto zone and neither on found a code!!!

I would not trust them at all and I would not trust their mechanic Nick they use. Two days after I drove my car off the lot in January the check engine light came on and I have had nothing but trouble since. Now I have a high car payment and am stuck with this vehicle that I have to keep dumping money into. I need a new engine and their "warranty" they sold me wont cover it when I was lead to believe something different. Now I am asking for receipts of work done on my car and the mechanic is refusing and the dealership is calling me a bully. This is just not right and I want everyone to know what they did!!!! I have had this car since January and its been to their Mechanic at least four times with no resolution and the owner Robert refuses to do anything about it.
